The ladies there act like they don’t care and act like you are not paying for the service.

I recently sent a package off and prepaid for a return label from this location, the return label had the wrong address on it as far as where it was shipping from, this is after I corrected the young man on the address the first time. The card number on file did not match any of my cards because I used a gift card. I still have the receipt and the return label is showing up as not being used as of yet, but this store refused to print another or give me a refund even the store owner was called and I was refused a refund with a receipt, and everything in my name with my ID. I would not suggest anyone use this location. To add insult to injury, Once we figure out what the card situation was, the store manager said she would call me back once she spoke to the Owner once again, she never called me back, All this over 20 damn dollars, now I have to pay to have my item shipped from Florida after I already paid

Super ghetto location. Smells like pee. I walked in and nobody was in sight to help me. I stood there for a couple of minutes thinking that maybe someone would return. Nope. Ended up leaving. Talk about unprofessional

Customer service is poor. The young lady was very dry in her exchange to the point where I felt as though I was inconveniencing her and not welcoming. The young man seemed to enjoy his job better.

I wish I could give it zero stars. All the years I've been forced to come to this location, I never get greeted. Nobody every looks like they are, at the very least, content to be at work. And now.... Although there are THREE different signs that they offer notary service.... There isn't a notary at this location.They should've just closed this location instead of switching which side of Kroger it's on.

Customer service sucks! I just left this location and the short little guy who works here is the absolute worst. He refused to allow me to get my documents notarized. This is why small men are so dangerous because they have to take their shortcoming out on everyone around them. His reasoning for the refusal is because the document was signed although not dated. (Never had an issue at this UPS or any other location) I told him that I would white out my signature and re-sign it in front of him. He cursed at me and said he would not do it. He has deeper issues than just signature. Miserable little man. Smh went to the post office and it was complete in 2 min. Don’t come to this not only dirty and unorganized location go somewhere else with people who have sense.

Here after 10:00am which is what online time says that’s they open, but doors are locked and no one is inside. Very inconvenient and someone needs to update times or be there when they supposed to . I would give zero stars if I could.

I never like to leave a negative review and I definitely understand how clocking in and out works for employees. But I walked into this particular location at 1:15 pm and there were two employees behind the desk. I let them know I needed something notarized and was told that one of them was the notary but he was not on the clock. He stated that he would have to charge me personally as he would be acting as a mobile notary or I could wait 45 minutes for him to clock in. I was a little shocked asked if he took CC or could he clock in and do it and then clock out and he said no. I just wonder how many other customers they have lost to the mobile notary instead of the store employee.

The worse UPS Store I’d ever been too, so unprofessional and long wait. Terrible! Look for another location! Save your time! Also: no ACDC!!! Summer time!!!! Burning down there waiting for some attention!!!!

I’m reading all these reviews on here, I don’t know who waited on y’all but employee 133042 gave me excellent customer service she was patient. She was kind considered helpful and she was multitasking. She served me and the customer behind me at the same time. While I was unlocking my debit card, she waited on the lady behind me ?????? I have nothing negative to say about this UPS store. I will keep coming to the store, because its closer to where I live,So I asked you to reconsider choosing this store and treat people with kindness. It will be returning back to you.??
