I took my 2022 Chevrolet blackwidow (that I bought there new,and have kept my service up to date. )anyway, I l took it in for oil change.15,600 miles. I was on my way to Pensacola Florida for me and my wife 20th year wedding anniversary. Well,about 200 Mike's out my truck started running rough.smoking loss of power,check engine light on.so I had to get off highway somewhere in alabama.get my truck towed to nearest dealership which was 29 miles from where we broke down.anyway,after several hours past.me and my wife in the waiting room frantically waiting to see what's going on. They called us back to the service department. They told me that the service technician at Terry Cullens Chevrolet had put 16 quarts of oil in my truck.(my truck is 8 quarts capacity)oil got into both of my catalyst converters, and also too much oil in there driving 200 miles I could have problems with my seals in the jear future.Terry Cullen Chevrolet is denying fault,want take responsibility for their wrong.i filed a claim with GM..I am currently seeking an attorney. Lawsuit is in order.. I paid $101,000 dollars for this truck.now I'm about to spend $5,000 for a lawyer. See yall in court.

I bought a new Silverado a month and a half ago and the function that heats and cool my seats are not working. This is frustrating since I've been calling Johnny about it and he keeps saying he'll call me back with the info or I should receive an email for me to bring my truck in. Neither is happening. This is the 2nd unpleasant experience I've had with this dealership.
