Greetings All, customer service is what makes a company great. The companies in America that provide good customer service will be the companies that remain open during hard economic times. I called to ask some questions and the customer service that I received from Sheka was exceptional. She answered my questions. She had a great attitude and was very knowledgeable. These are the kind of people that get stolen by other companies who want good people working for them. Can you say raise please?? I think she deserves it!

Ms Dee has excellent customer service skills. She served us in a very professional way when we had our items in storage at the facility. She was always available to answer any queries we had and went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. Will definitely use this facility if the need arise again.
