I am very disappointed with the customer service that is being provided! By the staff, I don't know if it is still owned by the same person that I used to go to for the past 10 years. But everyone I had sent over to them this year came back telling me never again. Especially my brother, who did his taxes with them 3 weeks ago, and finds himself chasing them down for issues that occurred on his taxes, nobody has called him to say anything, and he leaves messege after message. and he had to call them To find out that his state tax was still sitting there on their computer not being processed, you would have thought someone would give him a call!!! No, he had to call them To find out that there was a problem with his tax, everyone is giving him the runaround and when you call up there they are so nonchalant. Bad attitude, and then put you on hold for 15 to 25 minutes just to get back on the phone and ask who you are and what the problem is!!! Let me not forget the trasfer calls around the room with each other. by the time you are done, you have spoken to the whole staff and still no result!! I am very sad to say this year will be the last time going back to Royalt tax. Very Disappointed ??with the staff. Very unpleasant. They just take their money and after that, they Don't care.

I am so done with place I could cry my eyes out right now I go do my taxes we go over everything account numbers refund advance amount 3 days pass wondering why my money not in my account tonight I look at my tax forms he had extra 1 on my account that’s why my refund advance haven’t came I literally over here crying my eyes out I have bills due as of yesterday they where good for 3 years up until now

I am a returning customer of Royalty Tax. I was very pleased with the customer service I received from Adenike today. I lived out of state and using their online portal system was seamless. Despite owing some taxes the royalty team was able to reduce my debt from a large unmanageable number to a number I can pay back. Their team works well together, and communicate effectively.

This establishment has the best customer service I’ve ever came across. Everyone has great energy. The process is very smooth and they have great communication so you’re always aware of your tax return! I would definitely recommend this place and tell them I sent you!!

Service was excellent. Misfiled my taxes previously which resulted in a huge debt to IRS. Tamara and her team followed through and patiently helped straigten out my taxes and get us out of debt. It's always comforting to know that the people you are relying on knows their stuff. So glad I was referred to Royalty Tax Service. See you next year.

I understand that working in customer service is not the easiest job in the world but when I called I received a terrible service I wanted information about my tax return I felt like I was rushed off the phone the person that was on the phone was not giving me clear information about the details that I wanted if you are busy I understand that you could tell me to call me back later but to rush me off the phone like that is not right specially after making the payment for the services that I am supposed to receive and to get treated like that is not right I do not normally do these kind of reviews or any at all I just feel like I was pushed to the side harshly and not attend it to like I said I wouldn’t have mind receiving a call back at a later time later time I hope this is not house service regularly as if that is the case then it’s likely more customers will complain
