This place was a blessing to me when I needed a place to stay until I found another place. It was a nice clean room and thankfully no bugs. Conveniently located across the street from the grocery store and laundromat. The only issue was the old smell that sat in the room and didn't seem to go away until I cracked the door open for about an hour.

I've never seen bedbugs before until my stay at this hotel. I woke with bumps on my back. Flying back to PA someone saw a bedbugs running on my t-shirt. It was shameful. Mind you, I travelled to the Atlanta was four years ago

Booked online and went to check in, front desk guy was extremely rude and refused to check me in and said I had no reservation with them. Said my confirmation number and reference number was fake. I contacted my online booking site and they said he was extremely rude to them as well. After going back and forth for over an hour he finally tells me he doesn’t know how to check me in and refused to call the manager and told me to come back tomorrow which doesn’t help me for a hotel tonight. Then refused to give me a refund since it was a failure on their part to allow me to check in, he then proceeded to say I owed them extra money while still not allowing me to check in when everything was already paid for. The final straw was when kicking me out of their tiny check in area and threatened to call the cops. Then proceeds to go back to watching tv wrapped up in a blanket and bare feet propped up on the lobby furniture and laughing at me after he locked the doors. Definitely never going back and highly advise everyone to steer far from them. I’ll be contacting my bank tomorrow and see if I can stop the transaction since it hasn’t posted yet.

Really clean rooms and front desk people are really nice but I have to say the rooms are really clean and nice safe area never had a problem walking Distance from stores gas station Kroger’s

I visited this place recently and my experience was quite good. I stayed here for 7 nights when i checked in i asked manger to show me room first so i can make my mind to stay here.... I was impressed by room. The room were renovated and clean and the place is quite peaceful.... Will visit again and stay there

Not very happy with it. The bed was very uncomfortable (woke up with back pain; and it had no sheets, except for a fitted one;) the staff was rude; there was no fire alarm in the room (a smoking room, at that;) the phone didn't work (couldn't call for wifi password;) the air conditioner is outdated; and the ceiling has cracks, in the bathroom. It was a $95.00 rip-off, and I don't recommend this place.

What a dump . Worst experience we ever had at a Royal Inn. More like ROYAL DUMP. Picture doesn't match the place. Scary place . Can't believe Travelocity has this place on its website. Door doesn't Lock. . . Dirty linen's. The guy had to call someone to get clean pillow cases.

Their rooms are newly renovated. Hardwood floors, brand new toilets. Furniture is a little worn but clean. Bed (king) was very comfortable, sheets clean, towels were soft and clean. Tub was a bit worn but again clean no unsightly rust or stains.Microwave is very small but again, clean. Floors were always swept, clean too. I wish they had coffee makers though. No loitering, quiet and most importantly I felt safe. Room doors had a safety chain in addition to the bolt lock but no way to secure the chain. Smoke detector wasn't installed. I appreciate a clean, safe hotel room because too many are not these days. There's a kroger, several gas stations, restaurants, fast food, clothing stores, nail salons and at least 2 24hour lavenderias--1 is within walking distance and both are within 2.5 miles of the hotel.The female at the front desk in the a.m. didn't communicate or interact well with at least 3 guests. I dont think she's cognizant of the fact that she's being confrontational, rude or maybe she's used to having trouble with guests. Either way, I hope that changes. Overall a clean, safe motel even in the midst of a national pandemic.

The hotel is great. The room was very cleaned and cool. Yes I will come back and stay and would recommend it to anyone. The clerk did a great nice person with a smile.

The room was moderately clean, the ac was outdated and there were only four cars outside. The entire building was like a ghost house. My friend and I stayed for one night and the next morning we overslept and they were banging on the door like the police to tell us to get out. Instead of offering us a late checkout or asking if we would like to stay another night, a rude, perturbed Indian woman began shouting “It’s 11:38! We need to clean the room! It’s past checkout!” No wonder they don’t have any business. Overpriced, rude, and terrible customer service. We would have spent another night if they hadn’t of been in such a rush to get us out. They act like they are the Marriott and booked up, when in reality the hotel is empty. They will go out of business soon with employees like that. Terrible customer service. Do not go there!

Customer service skills are lacking!Also I left something in the room and the woman made 0 efforts to allow me to get it. She lied and said there was a customer in there, I looked and it was completely empty. Keep looking, they're below average.
