Pros- low rent , grounds are nice, staff pleasent, low crime. Con-there is really only one con....The huge Roach infestation. The roaches are huge; I mean HUGE horror movie cockroach's, and they are plentyful. I buy my own spray and request pest control but it doesn't seem to be effective. When u are chasing huge nasty roaches off the walls and kitchen counter with Raid daily/nightly it's an infestation worth yelping about. They own the place, it's too far gone. I will not be renewing my lease. I cannot wait to leave. I keep a very clean apartment, I spray yet I have roaches.
