Came here to buy rims obviously. Was sold 17’ rims and tires for 600. To me that’s a steal! Was told they would have to pick them up, and said “it should only be a hour”. 5hrs later of telephone with Chris and Doug I was told at 3:30pm my rims are here. I get there at 4:23 I’m told I have to wait for whomever to finish doing whatever they were doing. Now I pull my car in the bay and within 5 mins, I’m told they don’t have the tires for the rims!! Now my option are go buy tires or pay more for different rims. If this is common business practice I’ll never buy or suggest this place to anybody. Nightshift cashier just stared right through me. While sitting down cleaning his new watch. Never again.
The guy with the glasses who put my rims on was decently helpful. I pray everything was done and put on properly.

They're OK, until they get your money!! Bought tires from the Tara Blvd location and purchased 4 Lexani tires, come back to get tires rotated, and it's against insurance reasons they won't rotate tires. It's ok to take my money when you get a sale, after that you're on your own!! Honor your policies!!

Only went there 4 times each time was really good. Front counter is knowledgeable and will work with you within reason.. Did a random stop yesterday after stopping a few other places and ended up with these.

If I could give 0 stars I would.. I came in the store today 6/1/23 to possibly purchase rims today and pay cash money and not rent or get on a payment plan. But the service was so bad I got frustrated and walked out... I'll never go back to this store. Rimtyme just lost a really good customer..

Got approved for $2500 for some wheels, the market value for the rims I choose was only $350 a piece . David priced them out for 625 a piece. (Greed). I didn’t do my research on the wheels until after I bought them. Thought I was getting a good brand for my bucks, instead I was getting banged up side the head for the bucks. Stay away from this place. They’ll rob you blind ?
