I bought tile for backsplash and had THREE contractors/tile companies cancel on me for install. One called the day of his appointment saying he had a larger job (regardless that I was on the schedule first - and they didn’t reschedule, just cancelled). Prestige came when I called, let me know there was an unexpected opening and they could get me in early. They were respectful of me and property, quick yet thorough, and pleasant even when cleaning up after themselves. The job went smooth and we are MORE than satisfied. HIGHLY recommend!!!

This company is so amazing, I had a deadline to get my carpet and vinyl in, and Brian told me he could have it done, and he meant that, so professional, great communication, amazing working, we absolutely love our floors, I highly recommend this company. Bryan was really helpful through the entire process, he listened to what we were looking for and gave us great suggestions for engineered hardwood and carpet. His team was very meticulous and did a great job removing our old floors and installing the new ones. His prices were also much cheaper than quotes we were given by competitors. Bryan and his team were fast, friendly and professional, I highly recommend them!

He was professional and knowledgeable but never followed up on doing the work. Did not answer text messages, etc. Looking for someone else to do my flooring. I need someone who is dependable as well as professional and knowledgeable. Would not recommend this company.

Within 5 days of asking for a estimate I had new carpet in 4 bedrooms. The price was very reasonable and the technicians were fast, courteous and did a great job. I couldn’t be happier with my decision to use prestige!!

Very rude person. I was asked to leave because I was parking in front of the store in the parking spots marked for his place. I didn't even bother going in. I just left and went somewhere else. LOST A BIG SALE BUDDY !!!!

We highly recommend Prestige Carpet! Bryan helped us choose a great carpet for whole house after we had burst water pipes. Installers were professional and very courteous and did a fantastic job! Seaming is perfect. After going through the stress of getting a flooded house dry we now feel like we are in a brand new house! So happy.

We bought a house built in 1985. Needless to say, it required major renovations and remodeling. Bryan completely remodeled/ renovated 2 bathrooms, and entire kitchen. He also replaced our sunroom and bedroom flooring. I had a PROFESSIONAL interior designer come to house this morning and she asked me WHO DID THIS WORK FOR YOU? This is gorgeous!After 3 'hardwood flooring contractors' told me there was no way to evenly lay hardwood in master bedroom suite, Bryan's crew did exactly that. Hardwood flooring is perfectly flat. His crew did pull up subfloors to achieve this. Repaired them, and SAVED me hundreds of dollars; because they corrected issue my general contractor originally planned to repair from bottom up.He and his crew did a complete makeover of kitchen including granite countertops, new tile backsplash, new flooring and more. He remodeled and renovated our new master bath with granite and custom made onyx detailing. It is stunning!The original owner came to the house last week and literally ' stopped in his tracks' to admire the kitchen, both bathrooms, and the hardwood flooring in the master bedroom suite. He simply couldn't believe how beautiful they are now. He jokingly asked if he could buy the house back:))I use Houzz and Pinterest apps. All of the areas Bryan did are as chic and modern as any I've seen. He is a designer at heart. I would find pictures I loved and ask Bryan to tell me how to achieve the same effect in our home. I would ask him, what type of lighting and light fixtures to use. He would find them on Home Depot and similar websites and always found stunning pieces. Bryan doesn't even sell light fixtures!! He just knew I needed help and provided ideas free of charge.Bryan is super friendly, super professional, trustworthy, and a pleasure to work with. I am a perfectionist and have little tolerance for anything less than perfection. Frankly I don't want to be watching over anyone's crew. I am way more interested in results! Excellent results is exactly what I've achieved working with Bryan. I highly recommend him and his business!

I contacted owner prior to coming in town for several projects I had planned. Owner was scheduled to come out first day, did not show, stated he occupied with painting in his showroom. I accepted that, we rescheduled. I also went to his business to choose carpet. I had been shopping a few more carpet companies, and decided to go with a carpet he did not have instock. I chose hardwood floors and carpet we set a date for installation.The installation of carpet started off totally wrong, because he did not send sufficient help to do it within the time frame. I have a large house, loaded with heavy furniture. There was only 3 carpet installers the first day and 2 the next day. Immediately the guys were reluctant to do the installation, complaining about so much furniture. The installers and the owner finally talked it out and they started. The installers are extremely disrespectful, argumentative and problematic. They stayed until 8:00 pm and got an attitude and wanted to argue about leaving. The next day we had a heated altercation, because they did not finish until after 8:00 pm , they did not want to put my furniture back in place, it got chaotic. Later I realized there was damages to my walls, which were just painted. There is a large hump, the size of a speed bump going across my master bedroom, a smaller one, and one in the hallway. Any professional carpet installer would have realized this doing the installation. I was not there when the hardwood floor installers came. This crew was even more disrespectful. They took my personal things tossed them all over the living room, kitchen,and dinning room. They damaged some of them, removed things from boxes I had packed, so they could put boxes on the floor. To cheap and irresponsible to provide their own covering. and unprofessional. I called the owner he stated he would come by, never did.The worker who came to my house were HORRIBLE. A crew of clowns ! I will never allow them in my house again, they are unprofessional, rude, and disrespectful. That is unacceptable. I do not know how to correct the issues. I am totally dissatisfied.

This is an amazing company. Bryan and his team completed my requested project within the prescribed timeframe and which I was very satisfied. The carpet and the wood floor installation looks wonderful, and I will using his company in the future as needed!
