Iesha and Fafa have been doing my micro braids at Paulina's for over 3 years. I have alopecia and was embarrassed about my bald spots for years, but Iesha changed my appearance and self-esteem like a magician! Because of the style she gave me, you would never know that I am completely bald at the crown of my head. My appointments ALWAYS start on time and it doesn't take all day to get my hair done.

My little girls front hair was unbraided by her genius older brother. I called and they allowed a walk in. Fixed the front and added more style to the hair making it more prettier and new. Great customer service! Will recommend them for all. They go above and beyond with all.Services: Braids

Terrible service I asked to comb my hair from the bottom up she asked me to do it my self she asked did I like my part I said it was too short she asked me to do it myself instead of trying terrible service terrible attitude I said why am I paying you if I’m doing my own hair she said I can leave absolutely terrible

This was the worst experience ever! Paulina did not know how to do “butterfly locs!” I paid her $170 for nothing! The hair lasted for only one day! The locs started falling out the second day! The owner is rude! Uncaring! All she wants is money! Doesn’t care about her customers! I don’t recommend her EVER!!!

I will NEVER go here again, huge mistake. I accidentally got the wrong hair and she started yelling at me. My hair didn’t even stay in for two days. If you’re wanting butterfly locs, don’t go here.

This place has been my go to for the last 6 or 7years.I am very picky about who braids my hair..The ladies here are all nice and make sure you are comfortable..The braiding does not hurt..I am always satisfied with my hair and it does not take all day to get my hair done..Prices are reasonable.I don't go anywhere else and I refer anyone I know who needs their hair done.
