“I frequent this store and must admit, it's not always the best experience but today superceded my expectations. I sumbitted an order yesterday and afterwards noticed there was an error. I tried to get assistance with the correction over the phone and through customer service, but didn't have any luck. I came into the store today and Brooke assited me with getting the correct order printed. She was so patient and took her time in getting the issue resolved. She never got agitated, although it was close to closing. I felt appreciated and I hope she in return receives the same experience of feeling appreciated. Thank you Brooke!!”

Also, appreciate the cashier who worked this closing as well. some days, i was there past their close of business hours and was not pushed out the door and neither of them didn't hesitate to assist to make sure the printing job was complete.
