I had a horrible 18hrs of people cancelling tows, delaying etas. I called and spoke with Martin who assigned me CJ. CJ has phenomenal customer service . He called immediately and said he would be here in 30s mins ! Had no issues getting the car out of a low clearance parking garage and parked the car where I wanted in my complex. Will definitely be calling again ! My tow was from midtown Atlanta to Buckhead atlanta

They are absolutely amazing! Our RV broke down six hours away from our home during very bad weather. I contacted five other towing companies who said they could tow the RV and then at the last minute canceled. CJ and Kevin hooked me up! CJ got me towed to the dealership in no time at all and made sure that I got immediate service as they do a lot of business with all the dealerships in the area. If you need any kind of towing, call them as they are the best! Thank you guys!!

World class service for my electric car which was completely dead. They were prepared with skates to roll the car on the bed. Not only that they jumped the dead battery to make sure I can charge the car at home!

These guys were excellent! The rear tire on my Tesla blew out on the highway at 1am, and George \\u0026 Kevin arrived ahead of schedule, were extremely knowledgeable, and very professional - in a time of need. Atlanta needs more tow businesses like this; Id highly recommend them!

Martin was great. He was able to give me a preliminary diagnosis on my transmission issue. Additionally, he was very courteous and friendly. He carefully loaded my car and delivered it to the destination. Very professional and would use him again.

Martin was amazing! He showed up to help me out when no other service would since I was in a parking garage. He was knowledgeable, skilled and very patient with me. He let me know when my vehicle was delivered to the dealership and shared a photo with me. Very much appreciate his professionalism.

I really appreciate all the help that these gentleman gave. First they had to retrieve my car, which was nonfunctional, from the dealership, as I decided Not to get the work done. So the stress and drama they had to deal with trying to do that, was alone a huge hassle. But they still got the car to my home. Even trying to get the car off the bed wasn’t easy. Mann, theses guys were great!!! I really appreciate the professionalism and problem solving. Will definitely recommend and use this company again.

I had a great experience with NeedAFix Towing \\u0026 Recovery. I was completely locked out of my car due to a botched software update that left it unresponsive. Martin was very knowledgeable; he managed to bring the car back to life, which required a couple of tricks, and towed it to a service center. I would definitely recommend them.
