I think the girls working in there are nice people. I have no problems with them. The only reason I didn't give them five stars is because the fees are so high. Other than that, they are pretty good. Thanks!?

Not a good experience at all. They lied about how I was receiving my refund. They input their bank info not mine. That resulted in my stimulus checks being lost and not received at all. At a time when I really needed the money. Very dissatisfied

I switched from the college park location to this location and was in and out. They even helped me submit all my paperwork through an audit. Fortunately I will be doing on own taxes in 2021 to avoid the extra fees. But no complaints at all with this location

I never had a tax problem until I went to this company. I never had to amend my taxes. I never had a company write me a refund check. Now I can’t even get a stimulus because of how MESSY my return was done! I hate this company!!!

I've been a client of Midway Tax Service for about 14 years....I feel like family because that's how they've always treated me! They have great customer service....Midway is efficient and effective in getting me the biggest refund possible! They also provide loans before Christmas and after! They are the best in my opinion!
