Angie, is the most professional representative that I have ever had.....at any Metro Store. She took the time that was necessary, to assist me with my tablet and telephone. I am 70 years old....I have never had this level of service anywhere. Thanks Angie, YOU ROCK!!!!

Horrible service. Made 3 visits here trying to get help at this location. And he always tried to talk me into coming back. Without any explanation, so I feel like I should voice this. It concern me that customers aren’t first priority to these businesses no more!!

I went to this store to add a phone to my plan for my grandmother. After picking out a phone that clearly says free when you add a line I was expecting to maybe pay a small fee and be out the door. I have three lines already for over three years. After getting up to the counter they’re telling me I have to start a new account with this phone then after 30 days switch it over to my main account. I went back and forth with them for a few minutes and ended up having to pay over $100 for what was supposed to be a free phone. After I left the store I called 611 and spoke with someone who understood and gave me the credit to my account for what I should have paid. Basically I would never recommend this location again they will tell you anything just to make a sell and give you this well buy it or get out vibe. You’re better off ordering online than going to this location.

I purchased a brand new phone an the young female that no longer works there put my screen protector on. The screen protector supposed to protect the screen. Phone fell one time an the parts of the screen is broken. Manager told me to come back for several days. After 3 trys I left the phone an the number for the manager to call me. Still no call. Nobody knows how to contact a manager. But God forbid something happens in the store an no one to call to get help besides 911. Poor customer service an lies from management!!!0 stars was my goal

Love this place. It's not far from my house so it's easy access, and Zell takes really good care of me. I'm his problem child oh, I always have situations going on with my cell phone, which sometimes I just cannot figure out and I take them 2 him and with a smile he always is able to fix the problem. So this will be the only area where I will really go to get my phones or accessories because he has outstanding customer service. Thank you Zell.

The young man Zell is so polite, kindness, patient and very knowledgeable. My husband and I only go into store if he is working on that day with all our questions regarding a Problem with our phones.
