Paul is the best! Both my daughter and I had accidents and took our cars to landmarks Paul handled everything. He was very nice and knowledgeable. After my car was fixed there were a few other things needed and Paul reached out to our insurance and got everything handled right away without an issue. He definitely deserves a raise :)

I picked this place because I bought my truck from landmark Dodge on Mt.Zion. So to me it was an no brainer when it came to repairs from the accident that was had. Now the accident I was in a Six Car pile up. A Tow truck blue through the red light with 2 cars on the back, causing a very bad accident. I was in the very middle of this accident. Now when taking truck to this shop. They gave me back my truck with a big scratch on the new bumper that they gave me. My trunk was not fixed correctly my seat was broke. I took it back for them to fix the issue. Now they only fixed the body. They did not fix or look on the inside of my truck. To see if any repairs were needed. The insurance company paid so much money only for my truck to be half fixed. I do not recommend this place at all. They are extremely slow and landmark collision will keep coming for more money. Beware they are high way robbery and will not repair your vehicle back to original state. After getting my truck back I had to pay out of pocket for my 2022 Jeep compass radiator. Brought my TRX here after a collision. Since I bought the truck from a Landmark dealership, I thought this would be a good place to bring it.The truck was hit squarely on the driver side of the rear axle. Most of the damage was cosmetic, but the rear axle was pushed in from left to right.The cosmetic damage has been addressed but the rear axle is still off center, which I mentioned at the beginning of the process. It needed to be taken to another shop for work on possible track bar or track bar mount damage.It turns out I do need a new rear track bar, which I’m going to order. Pretty simple diagnosis. Not sure how it was missed. All that was needed was to measure from frame rail to wheel on each side and you can see easily it is 2 inches shifted laterally to the passenger side.I thought an inspection of the structure of the truck was going to occur but it seems they did not do that. The truck spent two weeks out of my possession, which could have been used to take it to a different shop. Now my insurance company is not involved any more so I will have to pay for further repairs out of pocket. Not a great use of time or resources.They also do not have their own alignment machine, they took it to Goodyear in another town. Even the dealerships have alignment machines.Finally, I put the the truck in valet mode when I dropped it off, and when I got it back valet mode was off. I didn’t realize that was possible.

I would not recommend this place to anyone! If I could give this place no stars I definitely would! They have terrible customer service!! I took my 2019 Dodge Challenger to this location due to my vehicle to being wrecked for repairs. I was told to pick my vehicle up a month after.. when I arrived my vehicle looked like crap! It was trash inside the paint, buffing marks inside the paint, and my window tint was messed up, and the new door that was put on did not match nor blend with the rest of the car. So I spoke with Jay which is the manger over this location. He explained that they will fix the issues with my vehicle. Which I was relieved. So I had to drop my vehicle back on a week later cause they was backed up on vehicles. I dropped my car back off at this location and was told give them about a week. So a week goes by haven't heard anything.. so I called to get an update on my vehicle and each time I got the run around when it would be ready. Finally my vehicle was ready for pick up approximately a little over a month.. guess what!?? Paint still doesn't match nor blend, trash and scratches inside the paint! I had to get my window re tinted AGAIN! Jay gave me a hard time and had a nasty attitude! He did not care what I had to say about my vehicle. I gave this location multiple chances to fix it! Yet they caused additional damages to my vehicle! So I called Landmark Dodge at Morrow, GA. I spoke with Joe the general manager over this location and took my vehicle to him right away.. he even said "what a crappy job they did." He told me that he'll "get my vehicle back how it suppose to be." After dealing with this place so many times. He was even pissed when he saw my vehicle and said "this is terrible and that the paint doesn't match." He was pissed off at the work that they did. Joe assured me that he would get everything right on my vehicle that this location messed up. Even the additional damages that they caused. When I was told my vehicle was ready for pick up after a week at the Landmark Dodge Morrow, GA location my paint still did not blend with the rest of the car, also the seal around my window was not fixed, trash inside the paint, and buffing marks inside the paint. My vehicle still looked like crap.. ! as if they did not do anything but only wax and detail my vehicle. Also, my window had to be re tinted for the third time.. cause this location messed it up twice prior to me taking my vehicle to this Landmark Dodge at Morrow, GA. So yet again had leave my car for them to fix it. Another month goes by I get a call that my vehicle is ready for pick up at this location after I told Joe that I did not want my vehicle going back to this location!! Guess what !? Additional damage yet again on my vehicle! They had used a paint pen to try to cover up scratches on my vehicle that did not match the paint on my vehicle! Also there was 70-75 miles put on vehicle! Joe pretty much passed me off to his assistant Eddie at Landmark Dodge Morrow, GA. I have yet have my vehicle back how it's suppose to be. After another 2 weeks I was told to come pick my car up as is and that they will contact the adjuster to get them to pay to paint my whole car.. which it's not on the adjuster! Eddie told me that they are not responsible for painting my whole car. You would think so if you apparently can't match the paint with the rest of the car! They did not put my door back on right nor my window when I picked it up. When I drive it's wind blowing inside my vehicle! I've been patient and gave chances! I'M fed up!! I'm taking matters into my own hands at this point! PLEASE DO NOT SEND YOUR VEHICLE TO THIS PLACE! The photos I'm uploading on here will be from when my vehicle was first wrecked.. I've been dealing with this since May! Also I'll upload the outcome that this location did and Landmark at Dodge Morrow, GA did. Thank you for reading this post!
