Horrible service went to pay my rent and couldn’t even do that because the MANAGER says they had 11 call outs and that the MANAGER isn’t alllowed to touch the money and that makes no since at all !!! You guys have to do better, I should not have to drive 30 mins away to another Kroger!!! Which ever “MANAGER “ is there now needs to be replaced cause what kind of laziness is that to where u couldn’t even help one customer pay they rent!

I normally enjoy shopping at this location but make note: DO NOT SHOP HERE ON WEEKENDS AFTER 6PM NOT A CASHIER IN SITE. ALL SELF SCAN.

Went in to take them back the molded bread and spoiled meat I was sold, and I had to search for a manager because the clowns at guest services lied and said the store doesn’t have a manager. Upon resolving the issue with the actual manager, the old lady with a bad red wig was upset because the actual manager showed up and explained the policy and then she hurled profanity towards me as I exited. Unbelievable being upset at customers because you’re forced by management to take your spoiled products back with a proof of purchase. Simply a refund or exchange but the two clowns couldn’t even act right in their circus. Don’t deserve the star but had to give 1 for the review. Stay away from this store and shop anywhere but Kroger.

Horrible management store is never open on time I’m here now and it’s 13 after and they still won’t open the door or answer the phone at all. I’m about to late for working messing around waiting on them.

Please don’t waste your time with Grocery Pickup. It’s a cluster of issues all the time. I have been doing pickup for the last 6months and never have I had a smooth experience! Get rid of it! It sucks!

Made a pick up at 11am for 4-5pm. They changed it to 5-6. Got there at 530. Waited 20 minutes after check in. Called, young lady answer and rushed me off the phone as soon as I mentioned “pick up order”, stating “she’s coming, they only have 1 worker”. Waited another 20 minutes, went inside. Only to find out my order was just canceled due to the employee not having enough time to complete my order because they’re closing at 7pm.

I ended up getting my money stolen after I left the Kroger. I was informed that a transaction was made at the same Kroger after I left and also over 140$ was withdrew from an ATM. I am now hesitant to shop because I don't know who is in there collecting my card information while I'm shopping and checking out.

DO NOT COME TO THIS KROGER ! it’s very unprofessional. They let you get away with anything there and all of there Items and actually expired so don’t eat it that’s why they always hiring them employees drop out like flees and they don’t do anything nor help the customers. 💯😘.

Being retired military we’ve patronized Krogers all over. This Krogers is the worst! We purchased fresh fruit cut in containers, the fruit was old and slimy. The pineapple had mold in the middle!! We would never patronize this Kroger again!!

This is beyond upsetting me everyday 😡, it's 11.50 Am ,they still have their yesterday rolls 🥖 in there .
When it supposed to be fresh rolls everyday.
I spoke to someone abt it ,she seemed like she wasn't care abt my opinion .
