Great experience with the Pharmacy Tech who helped me. She smiled and was very gracious!This was my first visit at Kroger on Tara Blvd and Hey 138. I was impressed.

Not about the pharmacy but the store doesn't seem to have a page. However the girl at Self Checkout was on her cellphone the whole time and didn't even greet me or any customers until she noticed I took her picture to post on my reviews and she was very rude about it and told the person on her phone that some woman was taking her picture well maybe if you do your job instead of on a personal call it wouldn't have happened! Her pic is below. I don't know her name but this is her. I'm sure they didn't hire her to stand there and make personal phone calls.

The customer service I received from Josetta is a bad reflection on Kroger as a whole she was very rude and nonchalant. I will be doing business at Publix where they treat customers with respect and I will be informing my friends and family to not shop here

Everytime I fill my prescriptions here they are always wrong, mainly my insulin . I just left with a 90 day prescription and they gave me one box ,real nice .
