I showed up for my 8am appointment and waited for an hour and a half to find out that my doctor was not there and they had to reschedule me after I waited for an hour and a half. Very unprofessional.

I had a procedure this morning; and everyone I interacted with was professional, friendly, patient, knowledgeable, and compassionate. Everyone performed their job like one big well oiled machine. I was recognize as an individual and not a number.

The staff was attentive. Communication between staff was spot on. It was a difficult situation but the professional and supportive staff was amazing.

Kaiser Palliative team is amazing! I didn’t know what to do when my husband illness changed, but Chaplain John was amazing!! He knew everything I needed and went right into action!! Hospice is not a bad thing it is a new beginning of blessings on blessings!! Having guidance in the hospital and at home is so important. I can truly say this team changed my life. I am forever grateful for them thank you all!!

Dr.N.P. Maharaji was so caring he took the time to explain everything to me and his bedside manner was the best I have ever received. Nurse India was awsome she too the time to explain each level of care I would received. Thanks Kaiser at Southwood

The Kaiser at Southwood is great. The people are helpful and friendly and I like the doctors. I don’t mind driving a little further to come to this facility. They are always prompt as well.

This was probably the worst specialty office I have been to . The nurses and doctors there in the imaging and orthopedic are not willing to help address the concerns you have. They leave you to figure most needs out on your own . Don’t recommend coming to this location if you have any of those needs .

These doctors at this facility missed a WHOLE infection my father had!!!! That caused a wound to develop on his leg, they treated the wound and never treated what ACTUALLY caused the wound!! Thats absolutely unacceptable! EMORY HAD TO FIND IT!
Now the infection they fail to see, has now caused him to have a stroke!!!! How do you miss an infection, this incident only confirms what I’ve been telling my parents, get away now before something happens to late though.
