Dr Rudd and staff are always wonderful, friendly, and have taken care of my Furkid for many years. They know I will come in whenever my baby wants to spend my money, but they have always made sure she was well taken care of, and I appreciate that...picture of the baby below

I can not thank Dr. Showers for all she do for my babies!!! Dr. Showers is the best hands down, And the staff is understanding when you call or walk in. We LOVE Dr. Showers!!! She is the BEST!!!!

Not a great 1st experience. When I arrived for my appt, no one was at the front desk. Waited about 10 mins to finally check in. Then after about a hour of waiting, I decide to leave because the vet wasn't in yet & no one had an ETA on when she would arrive due to having car trouble. No one is friendly, the tech didn't introduce himself & it just seems like no one wanted to be at work. Then the tech apologized for my puppy being mixed w poodle due to them having a lot of issues I guess. It just wasn't pleasant & I decided to go w another vet.

I was supposed to have an appt here today 7/30 at 2 pm I called and spoke to someone to make the appointment confirmed multiple times during the call and sent over my dogs info to the email provided. I just showed to to the appointment and was 10 min early and the white blonde lady at the desk was very rude and said they were closed till two I said ok we will wait outside then she asked me what my last name was and told me we didn’t have an appointment and she knew who was coming in at 2. I told her I spoke to someone at the front desk and scheduled and even showed her the email and confirmed the address on the email to make sure I was at the right place. She basically had a not my problem attitude and told me the soonest she could do is next week. But with the unprofessional attitude over their f up I’ll gladly take my business else where.

I took my new dog who had never been to a veterinarian in for shots and tests, and everyone was so kind and understanding of his background. He received great care, and I was glad to find out that even though he had an issue not usually seen in this area, he received the care he needed.

We walked in for an appointment to put our dog to sleep and were greeted by the rudest lady behind the desk. It took about 20 minutes for us to get into the room, then they left us sitting in here with our sick dog for an hour while he was stressing out and panting. This was the worst last moments of any animal I have ever had. Horrible and unsympathetic experience. We could hear the vet techs laughing in the hallway and taking their time while we were sitting here clueless.
Come to find out they had double booked us and played it like it was our fault.

This was our first visit to Jonesboro Animal Hospital and we’ve found our new vet. The staff was pleasant and efficient, Dr Rudd took time to answer all questions and everyone was patient with my skittish rescue dog so by the end of the visit she was no longer apprehensive. Added bonuses were the fact that the basic tests were done during the visit (not sent out to a lab) and the prices were reasonable and affordable.

This is probably the worst experience I have had with a veterinary service. I arranged to have my dog examined and given all the necessary medications so that he could be boarded at this establishment. This was required due to the fact that I was traveling out of the country. One day later after I’m out of the country I receive a call telling me that my pet had blood in his stool. This is after an exam and no such signs presented. I return from my trip and my pet showed no signs of blood in his stool or any other symptoms. Since I did not consent to any of their expensive treatment plans and their obvious play on my emotions regarding my pet’s health condition, I was told that they could no longer provide vet service to my pet, which is perfectly ok with me. BEWARE. Shady behavior if you don’t consent to their suggestion on treatment if you are out of the country.

If there was a number less than 1 I would definitely use it! Scheduled appt- was told it had to be rescheduled due to now Dr-.got a confirmation text-.I CONFIRMED! Showed up, stood for about 5+, never acknowledged- finally rude receptionist yells, You got (dog names)? We replied yes, we left a message, we got to reschedule because no Dr? WTH, so when do have Dr's?

Exceptional people here from start to finish. Very respectful about presenting options that could be expensive... essentially, up front pricing. Great with my large but nervous dogs. I highly recommend this team.
