John overcharged me, and my car is still giving me the same problem! Not to mention I had to demand an invoice several times before he gave me one… He’s extremely rude!!! I have recordings of the way he yelled at me while walking away while talking at me. The owner John is terrible! I’m filing a lawsuit against him because I know if I go back things could get worst, I don’t want that so I have contacted my lawyer.. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND FIND ANOTHER SHOP!! Also once I picked my car up, they tried to create a new invoice so they could keep my diagnostic fee. I told him the invoice was incorrect he said no it’s correct! I showed him the original invoice and he was dumbfounded and had to honor it.
Also it’s important to know that he had an outside person come in to do my work as a sub contractor! That’s why he’s overcharging now Instead of saying they can’t fix it, he find someone to come do the job! So the work isn’t guaranteed at all.. He will not get away with this..

Over charged and work wasn't full completed correctly. But the manager was friendly at the least is why I gave them two stars but I wouldn't come back after my experience.

I’ve been taking my Mercedes i purchased a couple years ago here. With it being a used car i knew it had wear and tear, and that I’d add to it :). Big John is awesome anytime i bring her in with issues! He makes sure i know what’s going on, which most mechanics don’t do well especially for us ladies! They even took great care of my Lexus i had prior. Great service

I walked in needing help not knowing anything about cars and the customer service was rude and didn’t even help me he even then proceeded to say it’s not his problem oh well last time i go to a side shop

Micheal has been super helpful twice! Now I had to leave a review. Fixed both of my biggest issues with my F150 Ecoboost. I couldn't trust the dealership but these guys made it smooth. Finally found my main shop!
