I just got my taxes done and I received the lowest amount I've ever received with 2 children and claiming head of household I only get 2,000 dollars back. My friend has 1 kid and she got back more than I did. I really feel like I've been robbed this will be my last year filing with them. Tried calling her now she's dodging my phone calls.The tax preparer Patricia Rosario could care less about you she treats you like a number and wasn't even personalable. She didn't ask me the questions I usually get asked and I feel like she put my information in wrong. Don't come to the Jonesboro area. Go anywhere else but here.

This is Gail Williams my experience with H&R Block was awesome. Ms Kimberly was great, professional, knowledgeable but must of all she has a sense of humor. She explained everything that needed to be explained. The office was clean and very nice looking forward in coming back next year and I didn't have to wait a long time.

Javanda Walker is EXCELLENT at what she does! I enjoy working with her. For two years, I have seen her remain positive under highly stressful situations, fill every gap she found, and inform me of every option available to me. I highly commend her for this. She should package a training titled, "How to Remain Calm Under Pressure". This is a training that can be offered to organizations and the public. Kudos to Mrs. Walker. Javanda Walker was extremely informative, patient with explaining tax laws and new regulations, provided sound instructions that were applicable to filing for next year's tax filings, and was an all-around joy to talk to and work with. I highly recommend her to anyone, especially someone who is getting their taxes filed with H&R Block for the first time. Give her a raise on salary if possible! :) 5 Stars!
