Grat service, very nice people

Not very happy. I went and attempted to get a loan and sat in the office for about 45 minutes. I was told I was approved but then the person who claimed she was a manager told me I had to pay a fine and once the fine was paid and released to call back in the morning. I paid the fine within the hour and called them after it was paid, and during that call, I confirmed that all it was was the fine holding us back from finishing the transaction. The person said yes that was it and we continued our day. The next morning, I called again and confirmed, and these people now tell me that, “oh and you have to have active insurance.” All while I have my insurance card IN MY HAND, which is what I tried to tell this person. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE SCAM ARTISTS. In addition, we needed the money for a very important event that’s upcoming and these people have potentially put that in jeopardy.

I’ve never did a title loan before and when I tell you this was the easiest process ever , the customer service was excellent they walked me thru everything I needed to know as far as the details of the contract and made it super clear. I’m so happy and grateful that this was made possible because lord knows I needed it . Thanks Georgia Auto Pawn !!!!!
