Thank you, BOJANGLES, for changing so I can change my thoughts. My last experience was totally AAAMAAAAZZZZZZZIIING!!!My mom and I ate at the restaurant lobby. It was clean. There were no dirty tables. The floo was freshly vacuumed. Service was with a smile, and all the staff spoke at our entry and our departure.

It has almost everything. Definitely get your groceries from a regular grocery store but it's clean, the employees were polite, things were easy to find. Low stock on dog food but tons of TP so get it while you can

This family dollar is not good with customers service. I didn’t get greeted with’ welcome to family dollar’ because they we’re doing to much talking to each other like it was there break.But over all the guy at the register was friendly, I said to him, how are you, he said I apologize I’m sorry I didn’t say it to you first. I thought that was nice.The store is clean and organized also it was a friendly atmosphere. At least they were smiling and not looking angry like their sorry they came to work,Like some family dollar I been too. I will be back.! 4 stars because customer service could be better.

It's really walking distance from me So I stop here quick or last min a lot. Staff isn't friendly and barely speaks. Good luck finding any help on the floor , it's always only 1 person working in the store .

I love coming here but everytime I come the dog food is burst open I'm unsure if it's the way the boxes are opened but I'm skeptical with giving my dog the food because I'm unsure how long it's been sitting, where, and how long it's been open. Please fix this issue it's only the Petagree Puppy food. And some workers will give you a discount then some won't I don't really care about the discount I just want the food to be sealed. It's either taped closed or it's just open

Hours online are incorrect 100% of the time, right now May 30, 2021, online says closed at 10pm I am here at 8:45pm. They are in fact closed.... Not the first time this has happened to me... There was another time I came admittedly 15 mins before close, however, the doors were locked and they refused entry saying "the manager said we closed". Really sucks because this location is 3 blocks away from my house and should be super convenient to come and get what I need but is almost never open at the hours it says it is open online.

4/24/2021 Customer service is essential. My visit was ok until I went to the counter to check out at 6:34 pm. The cashier didn't seem to be knowledgeable about reading the pricing of items in the store. I asked if chips I purchased showed 2 for $5 when she scanned the chips. The cashiers response was its showing regular price until the Supervisor told her it was showing 2 for $5. Then the cashier gave me the incorrect change. I told the cashier, she notified the supervisor by asking to buy change. The cashier knowingly shorted me of my change. This is unacceptable and more training is needed.#04238 02 6935506 3638
