I'm a long time exotic customer They are very knowledgeable about their products. They might open the box to show you how things would work. They have everything you'll need from an adult store. I live closer to starship, but the exotic is so much more better from all of my experiences (Price and Atmosphere.) Thank you so muchto all the smiling welcoming and professional staff. Went to exotic yesterday with a coworker and Patricia and Madison assisted us with the up most respect. Even though Patricia was getting ready to get off her energy greeting us and talking to us seemed as if she just got on the clock. Would highly recommend going to go see Patricia and Madison again. Purchased a defective item last night. came back the next day to exchange and noticed I replacement item was $24.99 same size and item as the night before i was charged $29.99. the associate did nothing to rectify the price discrepancy. this is some BS

The people there followed me around as if i was going to steal something...felt very uncomfortable. I would rather buy online.
