I have personally know Ellis Wester for over 30 years. He has provided all my insurance needs since my first car and home purchase. What I love most about Ellis, is he is very personable and cares about your individual need. He gives you the same advise he would give a family member. I would definitely recommend Ellis Wester State Farm agency to anyone in need of not only a good insurance policy, an honest point of view and quote.

This is by far the most disorganized office I've ever dealt with. I transferred my insurance from another state. One lady in the office said she would get the transfer taken care of but never got back to me. Then Ellis talked to me for a while and said he'd take care of it. Two months later the State Farm I was with in previously called to ask when I was going to transfer my insurance. I called the office and was informed the out-of-state State Farm, "Never called Ellis back." The lady apologized and said they'd be better about following up in the future.The icing on the cake was getting a cancellation notice because of my, "credit report." I knew something was wrong because I have an excellent credit report, perfect driving record, and had just paid my insurance in full. A lady from Ellis's office called to say they made a mistake in cancelling my insurance. They claimed the issue was transferring me into mutual insurance instead of standard and begged me to stay with them. I told them I was done and went with another national insurance company with premiums that are 1/3 of this office. Ellis had claimed his rates were so high due to being in the Atlanta area.Dealing with the company was a huge waste of time and a major headache.
