First and foremost, it was a last resort type of stay. The cost was among the lowest but that came with a room that needed to be cleaned by me. Very dusty and dingy before I went to work on it. I had to make sure my family could be in it.I made a reservation online for a non-smoking room. By the time I got there in less than an hour, the staff claimed my room was given away to someone else and that they only had smoking rooms available. They did not offer a discounted rate for their preventable mistake. It was a take it or leave type of deal.I went to Family Dollar to purchase cleaning supplies and I went to work on the room to make it doable for our short visit. That room needed a good cleaning so I did them (the owners) a favor. Business is business. Even a room that costs less than a hundred dollars should be clean and presentable for a guest to enjoy.Rooms: There is only one housekeeper for the whole property so he does his best but the rooms are not up to par. Very dusty. I had to wipe and clean it up myself just to ensure my family would have a clean place to be in. These rooms see a lot of local traffic (guests) so there is a high volume of poor handling and disrespect.The whole hotel should be remodeled and it should be under new ownership and management. No disrespect to the current owners and managers but the truth is the truth. Even if a room is less than a hundred dollars, it should always be clean and presentable. That's just common business.The furniture in the rooms should be recycled into something usable. The sheets were clean. Overall, the rooms need a professional uplift. I would love to see the local guests a better deal for their money.

Discusting!! Roach infestation. Do not stay here I didn't even get my bags out of the car all the way before I turned back around. There were roaches on the walls in the hall way. The health department needs to be called.Safety: Not a good area.

When I reserved and then paid for this room, I was unaware of a No Visitor policy. There are no signs of this policy posted. Due to my violation of this when my fiancee came by the room, I was made to leave the property.

They have roaches small rooms and the owners do nothing but watch the cameras from wherever they at cause havoc they have no love for the people spending their hard-earned money for the hotel tried to charge me a $200 security deposit because I was using my points to get a free room then basically put me out before I can decide what I was going to do I will never ever stay there again this particular Econo Lodge is some garbage you can't even go into the lobby and sit because all the doors are locked have to talk to the counter person through a small glass

I'm a Diamond Choice Hotel Member. This is the absolute worst hotel on earth! I reserved my room & upon check in they asked me for a $200 security deposit! Unheard of, considering that I'm only staying two nights. The room was falling apart. Found some stilettos in the bathroom cabinet. This looks like one of those pay by the hour motels that they had in Miami while I was growing up. Staff is not friendly at all except for the maintenance guy. The bathroom sink was riddled with cigarette burns as was the bed covering. THIS IS A NON SMOKING ROOM. I wouldn't do it if I were you.

I've been here for 4 months paying $500 a week this is not a good place to stay I would not recommend this place to nobody is at 340 upper Riverdale road Jonesboro Georgia please don't stay here at all I need really this is all thumbs down please the person that keeps the place up is a very nice person he's really keeps the rooms up and the property up that's the good thing about it he he is a very nice person I do say so myself he is he keeps the rooms up he keeps everything looking good and all like that but everything else I would not recommend it for anything but otherwise don't stay here at all paying $500 for this this is not what I'm asking for this is what you say bankhead to Buckhead I'm saying if you know what I mean catch my drift up so please just a refrigerator and a microwave in the room for $500 are you kidding me it's not worth it thank you I will not stay here ever ever again.

The hotel staff are very polite. Rooms were clean and tidy. Hotel House keeper is a funny and caring person. I ENJOYED MY 7 NIGHTS OVER HERE??

I love how it's ducked off however not much close to walk to if you aren't mobile. Not to keen on how the hotel staff treats the cleaning crew. I get the cultural aspect however there is a way to speak to people. I enjoyed my stay. Confused at the two cucumbers left in the fridge and the toilet paper was at the end with no replacement seen. Two razors sitting in bathroom. Remote didn't work. And there was no way to hook my ps4 up without unplugging cable box. Thank you very much.

This place was recommended to me through priceline. My stay here was horrible. It was filthy I called the front desk know about the condition the room was in. He rudely told me I can cancel my reservations and go somewhere else and housekeeping was gone for the day. There were burn marks on the toilet, tub, pillows and the mattress. The sheets were dingy and had to be changed before hand. The following morning I called again to ask about cleaning the room and the lady that answered the phone got angry and started yelling when I was talking to her. Then on top of that the power went out and no one communicated what was going on to the customers. Do not I mean do not stay here. The health department should shut it down. Signed disappointed and angry customer
