Dropped my car off on a Wednesday. They told me they would check it in the morning. No call. I went back in the afternoon, they said it had a bunch of things wrong, but it would take a couple weeks, but if I wanted to take it somewhere else, I could. Should have done that because obviously they didn't want my business. I asked what could be done for it to be driveable, the guy said he would call me in the morning and let me know. Entire day goes by, no call. I come back the next morning and have my husband pick up my car. This was today - Saturday. They had my car for basically 4 days and it had been sitting in the same spot. Smh

Horrible customer service. First time I came. The guy said he was coming to assist me, waited 55 min and nobody said nothing. I even went back a second time, co workers were sitting at a table, looked at me and started back talking to each other as if I wasnt even standing there waiting for assistance. No hey, can I help you or nothing. A simple can I help you or Ill be with you, we chilling right now would have been nice.

Jose and his crew are the ONLY guys that I’ll ever trust with my cars. When it comes to knowledge about cars, they have it! Honest and trustworthy. I’ve been to other shops and most if not all have tried to rip me off. My 95 Nissan truck was brought back to life and my Lincoln town car also brought back to life. Quick turnaround but sometimes he’s backed up but worth the wait! A+ service
