It’s not every day that I come across employees who actually care about the job that they’re doing and their customers. But I found myself extremely lucky today, because I had the pleasure of being assisted by two of the most hard-working and kindhearted women that I’ve ever met. Paula and Maria left me utterly speechless after giving me the best quality customer service that I have ever received. They did everything in their power to help me and then some. They truly treated me like family. If I could personally give them a raise, I would. I want to scream it from the rooftops how exemplary These young women were. I don’t believe that there’s enough words in the English language to properly communicate how amazing I feel after being serviced by Paula and Maria. They truly went beyond the call of duty and I hope that whoever is reading this gets the opportunity to meet these two young women, because I know for a fact that they’ll take care of you and will be quick to deal with any issues that you might be experiencing .

Honestly great, went there a while ago and Melisa gave a warm and friendly welcome.
She knew everything by memory and didn’t hesitate for anything, I did notice some other salespeople having trouble remembering and having to make phone calls.
Melisa gave me a good deal and laugh

Never knew an Experience like this the reps seemed a little brother upon coming we all know how it goes when you ready to get. That should never cause a bad moment when doing your job . The knowledge of the plan or info wasn’t clear there energy wasn’t present for this sale even one rep ask the other to explain she did a whole deep sigh like why I can’t explain because you wasn’t clear in your delivery ma’am and as a customer service that’s what you do. I had to ask the lady to finish to make number active wasn’t going to finish a complete setup which was weird I started with one lady and finish with the next which wasn’t aware of what to do .will visit other locations just that this one ever

Really great service I had an issue with my phone number, and it was sorted out swiftly. The girl with the orange hair helped me throughout my issue and fixed it. Even walking in I felt welcomed.

Went to the store to inquire about switching my services. The sales rep was extremely rude when I asked about the trial program and said I would have to call Cricket bcs they don’t do that there. I went over to the one near Southlake Mall on Jonesboro Rd. Jessica and Anette were amazing!! They apologized for my recent experience and walked me through my options. I’ve heard a lot of people say the service is horrific at the green store on Tara, but it’s closer to my house. They were right. I ended up switching my service along with my wife’s and three kids over to Cricket at the Jonesboro Rd location. I highly recommend going there if you want great service.

I had an amazing experience! Maria was wonderful. I purchased two iPhones. iPhone 15 plus and iPhone 15. She was very knowledgeable about products. She helped me lower my monthly bill. She even went the extra mile and made sure all of my contacts, pics, apps, etc transferred over from previous IPhones. I am extremely satisfied…. This was chic fil a type of service. I really appreciate Maria!! She deserves a raise.
