A tree fell on my dodge ram pickup and i was referred to Clayton Collision. I met with Alan, he scheduled my truck and was very easy to deal with. He communicated with me at every step of the way. I picked my truck up today and the work is impeccable. No fish eyes, the orange peel is non existent and they detailed the entire truck. I can not say enough about the quality of work and time it took them to get me my truck back. Definitely recommend!

Poor business practices, horrible customer service.Alan, your customers service is horrible, we were not greeted when we came in you didn't look at the guy talking to you and your attitude was horrible.We were only interested in quality work he offered to buy tge parts for you becuase your process is slow.We found a place where they offered quality work and better customer service.

Dope spot!!! I had some work done b4 on my 2014 maxima tail light. So once my kid had a accident in my 2017 and geico cut the check, I came back to CCC. I didn't have a appointment, just walked in and they were swamped, the lady at the desk told me I'm not gonna turn you away, she got my information. I drive trucks so I wasn't in a rush, she told me due to parts and shipping may take longer. I dropped it off June 17th and it was ready july 29th. They did a helluva job. 2 ?'s up for sure. I went to pick it up and it was easy breezy

I can’t say thank you enough to this place. I originally took my car over to Toyota the attitude and customer service from the time I walked in was horrible. I left called Clayton Collision he immediately had me being my car over on a Friday. Had me return it on a Monday. This place is very busy, I watched them run from the phone to the office to customer and into the mechanic area, yet never had a customer wait, and treated us with a smile. Not knowing I’m dealing with all this and the death of my son . They made this situation stress free although I needed to be out of town for a celebration for my son, yet not knowing when I’d have to return the rental was stressing me out .
