You mean the owner watches the camera and still allow the same guy to set out here and sell dope all day. That's conspiracy to the fact meaning the owner knows and allows it. When you lock the kid up, also lock the owner up. I have surveillance footage. The worker said his boss always watches the camera so the boss knows and allows dope to be sold.
