Terrible customer service, I came into this place to get my back glass for my iPhone XR fixed, they got the back done but when I got the phone back there was water behind the screen then my Face ID camera stopped working, mind you it was working completely fine before handing it to them, I came back the next day to see if they could remedy the issue, they told me to do the things that the apple support recommended I.e. restart phone, reset settings and what not, still didn’t fix the problem. Came back the next day and the Indian guy at the counter starts getting sassy with me saying I’m wasting his time when I’m trying to fix something THEY messed up on my phone!! Id give 0 stars and sue if I could but it’s not worth the effort, do yourself a favor and find someplace else, the prices may look enticing but it’s not worth the headache and poor customer service these folks will put you through
