It took me approximately 30 -40 minutes to purchase my weapon on a military installation. I pawned my weapon at this location and it took well over an hour to get it back. The sales person didn't know how to remove the lock they placed on it. They kept taking other patrons while I had to wait. Just poor service.

I use think this was an awesome pawn shop the people inside are very nice and friendly but that changed when I was sold a broken A.C and they wouldn't take it back bad business....... I wont be going back

The staff here is Great.....I have bought and pawned here several times thru the years. They work with you on prices as well...bought both my TVs there.

Giselle is the worst employee there. She basically called me a liar because I explained to her to her that the manager did allow me to use my debit card. Giselle continued to debate with me. Which happened in front of another customer that made me very embarrassed. She was not professional at all. This is the 1st time that I've ever been treated like this. I will never use this store again. To be told I am basically liar & Giselle continued to debate with me. Do not use this location. Giselle is gonna cause this store many customers. Thanks for the embarrassment & Unprofessional. ðŸ˜
