My mother passed away in June, 2021. Everything has been paid in full, however my mother still has no vase, nor scroll including her name, date of birth and date of death. I’ve made multiple attempts to stop by the office, no one is ever there. I’ve attempted to leave a voice message, however the mailbox is always full. My next step will be to file a fraudulent claim with the insurance company. And, also contacting the better business bureau. This is ridiculous!! I’ve done business with them in the past, and it was nothing like this. There must have been a change in ownership or lack of passion for the business. STAY AWAY!!!!

I have been leaving voicemails trying to find the placement of my mother at this gravesite an no one is returning my calls.I went to look for the latest flowers I placed dwn for my mother an I haven’t came across nothing . My mother pass this year an I can’t even get the help in finding her . Lack of communication.

I ordered a headstone for my mother. I call them repeatedly and receive no answer. It's been 3 months. I finally spoke to someone that said they are under new management due to the lady in charge Theresa is in the hospital They have my money but still no headstone. Very bad customer service due to lack of communication.

Ms. Teresa has a beautiful spirit and shared all the great history this cemetery has to offer. I'm so happy my mother has such a awesome woman of God keeping her body safe. I know I'll be visiting often. Love the small but family friendly environment.

I've been trying to get a headstone for my mother since 2019 and no one is responding to my texts and I've left several messages on the voicemail, but no one will return my calls. Just need for someone to contact me, and I would prefer to deal with someone other than Teresa, the person that unfortunately, has been unable to assist me or return my calls. Thanks.

I contacted Carver Memorial Gardens in reference to a headstone for my mother. I had already purchased one through a separate company, but the woman that I spoke with, by the name of Teresa, told me that they wouldn't be able to use the one that I purchased because they require the headstones to have bronze on them. So it was obvious that I would need to save up money to buy one directly from Carver Memorial. I have been trying to get a headstone now for over a year. Whenever I call now I have to leave a message but I don't get a call back. At this point, I'd really like to speak with someone else because it has become clear that I will not get any help from this Teresa.

I have called this place several times and have left messages and to this day I have not received the phone call. I'm calling to check the status of a headstone of a very very close friend of mine. Which I was willing to pay for. The lady has not return my calls is been a couple of months and I've left at least 5 voicemails.
