Literally had them for years even my family has had them .Wish I could've left a better view but instead it seems things are more about money even if you pay on time every time they will find a way to sabotage you. And instead of being professional, when a customer decides to end an insurance, they will show their true self . My advice Please Please find something better because their efforts to keep loyal customers is not priority .If you just have to use this insurance agency I would strongly advise to only deal with Bryan the only professional at this office. Heads up yelp My personal information was put at risk which should have never been the case .

By far the best customer service.My story(long story short): I forgot to pay my car insurance and my coverage lapsed. I called the agent at the office and she helped me through the entire process until I was covered again. She even handled getting my fine squared away. I didn't know the laws had changed and there's a fine for not having coverage on your veh or if your policy runs out. Needless to say I learned that day. "Like a good neighbor State Farm's there." True story.
