SlumlordsIts been a turbulent tenancy. Can't say I would go back or recommend to anyone with options. hope being without hot water for weeks at a time isn't an issue for you. Or a lack of pest control.Ok at best, mediocre for the most part all around. Not only will you not get a deposit back you'll be billed out the door afterwards for a ridiculous amount. Almost $1000 for yard work? Criminal.They deleted their old gmaps listing and created this new one to hide that they used to have a below 3 star rating. I wont let it happen

So many years of relationship to finish with a sour taste. You will put a deposit and don't expect the majority back since they will find the smallest thing to charge you upon your exit. $975 deposit and I was just returned $155 after 7 years of living in the same location. What makes me even more upset is that every year when lease renewal would come around, every single home inspection, the inspector came by and had absolutely no issues, NONE. None of these issues that I'm listing were brought up. Was always told, "house looks great", "looks like nobody lives here"!!...The property was always kept together and other than normal usage, House was turned in clean and spotless on move out date. I would even say that it was in better condition than what it was given to me 7 years ago. Make sure when you move in you report EVERYTHING, even the smallest details!! Do not trust the word of any inspector telling you "ohh that will be fine" or "I'll make note of that". Charged me for some drawers that were broken because of how old and deteriorated the wood was. When the lease renewal inspector came by for inspection he had acknowledged them, but a year later when the exit inspection came around and exit inspector asked him about it, he said he didn't know anything about it. So on move out inspection I was charged for the drawers. Blinds that were damaged from day one and given to me 7 years ago when I moved in "as is" were charged as well. Even though I had spent money replacing the blinds in the living room and master bedroom. $350 charged for vines and shrubs that were growing around the house??? That much money to remove vines and shrubs is ridiculous!!...Oven was given to me dirty and "as is". This was the reason why I had purchased a countertop convection oven and in 7 years NEVER used the oven, not once, but then on move out date was charged for a dirty oven...I replied to the email I was sent regarding my move out deposit within a few days and nobody answered back or called me to discuss my concerns. Just received a $155 check in the mail. A 7 year relationship, no late rent payments and house returned in better cleaned condition that it was given to me, to then get jerked by these folks for $820 was unbelievable to me. To think that these folks wouldn't value any type of loyalty. Then to find out through other reviews that it's not the first time, seems to be the style...just a horrible exiting experience.
