Relocated to Georgia from Illinois for my current job. Battlecreek has been my home away from home. The staff from Angel, to Shonie to the entire maintenance crew, have been like a family. I wish these townhouses were for sale, cause I would definitely purchase mine.

Been living in this community for 4yrs haven't had a problem. Office staff is always kind and respectful they always finding ways to appreciate the residents. Repairs are done in a timely manner. They are awesome!!.

I’ve been living here for a little over a year now and I can honestly say my experience has been great. Staff is always nice and respectful, neighbors are quiet, complex is clean and I feel safe living here.

Great place to live very quiet and not a lot going on which is perfect for me. Another great this is that they get right on any problem that I have had and the communication is very good they call if they can’t reach me a message is left or email is sent. Overall great place to live.

My move in experience with Ms. Jacqueline and the rest of the staff was stellar! The property is clean and quiet, and any maintenance request I've put in has been fulfilled in a timely manner . I appreciate the efforts being put into this community because it makes me feel safe and secure with my child.

Living here is a safe and comfortable experience. The Staff provides premier service and timely updates. The Maintenance crew is timely in completing requests AND clean up after repairs . The Office team are always professional and the monthly tenant events are well planned. This environment is home.

I have been staying at Battle Creek Village Townhomes for two years now. It is conveniently located in the heart of Jonesboro, GA. It is less than two minutes away from Sam’s Club with a QT Gas station across from it, 10 minutes away from Walmart, about 7 minutes from Downtown Jonesboro, about 7 minutes from Publix, and so much more!!!
The staff are nice, responsive and have great hospitality. They are always on top of their communication about maintenance and events occurring at the property.
Whenever I have an issue regarding maintenance (rarely do I have those), the issue is resolved within a 48 hour period, and usually the very next day.
The upkeep of the property is some of the best I’ve seen. They keep the grass cut, sidewalks and entryways washed, parking lot free of debris, pool and its area clean, etc.
I’ve been very happy with my stay and appreciate how personable and caring they are.
