“Today I experienced a very pleasant visit at the Downtown Jonesboro TRUIST Bank....I hadn't been to this location in a while. Because I normally travel to Fayetteville or McDonough intentionally as to avoid the Jonesboro location!!!However I have observed since Oct-Nov 2023 a very welcoming change in the Customer Service & promptness provided by the Bankers in the Front Lobby...Specifically; Relationship Banker: Mr. KHALIL LINSEYAlways has a very pleasant demeanor, very professional and always attentive to all his customers need with a smile....Most people are quick to right BAD Reviews....
