The store manager, Sam is terrible, but they have a sales person name Mrs. Wander is great. They deliver me a damage chess twice. And after 2 months I still can’t get it change out.

I have been a Badcock customer for over 8 years now. I love the quality of the furniture and services that I have received both in store and online. I paid off my account in full, but my mother refurbished her place and I was able to find her what she wanted. The style of the accent chairs was simply beautiful and was somewhat pricey but because my mom wanted it I had to make that purchase. Badcock did not disappoint. Thanks Badcock for delivering great customer services.

This staff is extremely friendly, professional and patient. If you need help furnishing your home, this is the location ( Jonesboro) to go to. You will not be disappointed! Wanda was my representative and she warmed my whole heart with her personality.

From the moment we walked in the store we was greeted by the sweetest employee Mrs Lee and she made sure we were welcomed and that we found everything we were looking for , she was there without hovering and I appreciated that . I agree that more employees like Mrs Lee are needed in the work place . The manager was also very helpful too and friendly, I am definitely returning just to shop with Mrs Lee ….
