Every time I visit the store, The older gentleman is Not pleasure at all , I'm not sure about Him but he is unpleasant every time I visit that store .And he did get me all my change I had $4.36 ...he only give me $4.25 & I ask for the rest he said he didn't have it so I want be going back there.

AutoZone is usually my first choice. But if they don't have the part or can't get it, they will direct me to the correct source. That's what I like about AutoZone, they are not afraid of sending you to the competition if they can't assist you. But AutoZone will always be my first choice..

Micah, the store manager at 860 Southway Dr, Jonesboro, GA 30236 has horrible over the phone customer service. I was calling because I had warranty on a radiator I purchased so that I could get an exchange, but within the first 10 or 15 seconds of the conversation she’s trying to out talk me while I’m trying to explain to her what I need. If this is who you guys promote to this position, there should be a better way of vetting these folks to check their customer service skills. I eventually hung up the phone, because she wouldn’t even let me get a word out.

Thank you Rikko!! He made sure I got the repair manual for my car!! Thank you for the suggestion for the repair of my headliner. It was very inexpensive and extremely easy to use problem solved!! I didn't know those clips existed as I didn't want to spend $25.00 plus tax for the adhesive spray I didn't need a whole can!
This was my first time at this location the Autozone stores closer to me no longer carried the repair manuals in-store they have been discontinued!! (Yeah I was shocked too!)
Hurry in their manuals are in short supply they're selling what they have left!! Call first to ensure you won't be disappointed they're discontinuing them in-store after they sellout get yours today!! Walmart and Amazon prices are way higher for the same manuals!!
This store has a great selection and good prices knowledgeable and friendly staff ready to assist you with your car care needs!! I would recommend this location despite it not being close to me. It was worth the drive to secure my manual I am happy and I also got an inexpensive recommendation on fixing my headliner!! Rikko is the MAN!!

It is quite embarrassing to have your business listed hours as 8 am, yet your customers come to find a locked door well AFTER 8. Shaking my head.

I came around 9:45pm and I need my battery charger and the younge guys told me they was closed and they had the door looked and I couldn't leave my battery I am very disappointed and I don't think I will be doing busses with this location anymore

Everytime i have come to the store, I look for Felix Alegría. That guy has a smile that could outshine the sun itself! I think anyone who has the pleasure to have been serviced by him has had a great experience Lets go Mets ;)
