I called to see if they could fill my prescription and the pharmacist was very dismissive and seemed like she wanted to get me off the phone and call other pharmacies for help. The service could use improvement

The pharmacists are the worst. They gave my 2 year old the wrong prescription. My wife told them how this is wrong and the lady said my wife doesn't know what she's talking about.
My wife insisted that it's wrong, the pharmacist took another look, and admitted it was wrong.
Horrific.

Excellent store! They have incredible service. I came in to buy a cane, and the manager told me to wait up front while he went to get it for me. He was incredibly kind and courteous. I had a glorious experience at Walgreens.

I recently visited Walgreens and was impressed with how nice the store was. It was clean and organized, and had plenty of parking. They had a pharmacy and photo section, which was really convenient. Overall, it was a decent Walgreens and I would definitely recommend it.

This store needs to change managers and cashiers. In reality, they are very racist when you ask about a product. The owners of the store feel that in reality, these types of people are trash with no respect. Personally, I will manage the other Walgreen's, which is a little far away for me. but the treatment is betterThis store needs to change managers and cashiers. I guess it is against their policy to be nice to customers. Came in at 8:45 pm on Monday 12/18/23. The woman in front of me got confused with purchasing gift cards, so she stepped out of line and told the cashier to go ahead and take the next customer. Keep in mind, that nothing has been rung up yet. So I walked up to the cashier and said hello. She just kept looking at her computer screen and said nothing. I said hello again, but she just kept on ignoring me. After a few minutes, I just walked out. I called the store manager, she couldn't care less. CVS now has all my business. I suggest you do the same.

Literally any other location is better. I pick up my gf’s meds here because it’s close and the pharmacy always takes forever and seems incredibly disorganized. Walked in for a vaccine appointment and stood there for ten minutes trying to catch anyone’s attention and was ignored. Walked out and went to the location on West Crossville rd which is a thousand times better.

Covid Rapid Test NOT RAN 3 HOURS AFTER - Scheduled test day prior with ample time even with a delay for results. Waited 3 hours for the results, called at the 3 hour mark although I knew the email was correct since I scheduled online and was rushed and told “we will email you at 2 with the results” which scared me since the phone said they closed for lunch from 130 -230. I drive there for a refund since it would do not good at this point and to get clarification of how a 30-1 hour test can take over 4 hours… I get here and it had NOT BEEN RAN! I asked for a refund and the pharmacist said if I got it she couldn’t run the test and it would only take 2 minutes!!! 2 minutes for the results!!! I waited 3 hours to find out nothing.

If you need your prescriptions today, you should go to another pharmacy. I barely got the cough syrup that I need as a burn survivor that’s sick and close to having pneumonia, because it took them hours to fill the prescriptions, and then at the last minute, I was told they didn’t have the one thing I needed the most. I had an hour before all the pharmacies in the area close. They will not locate what you need at another Walgreens or help you in anyway. I tried to have other pharmacies call to take the prescription and they did not answer. It took hours to get a prescription 3 days ago, as well, when my illness began. Overall, I have stopped using the pharmacy, but when I went to the urgent care they had their info and I will never allow it again. They even told me one item wasn’t covered and would be $44 and I called them and asked if they ran it as generic and they said “oh it’s $.50”.

The pharmacy teck was VERY RUDE! She even tried to steel my coupons from my medication. She told me it Belong to someone's else, but my rewards number is on it! She also snacted my script out of my hand telling me I had no more refills, when it was a new script. She is constitantly RUDE AND NASTY!!
