Getting a prescription filled even for something as simple as amoxicillin takes HOURS. … I called ahead to ask about how long it would take and they said to “come now”…. So I showed up 15 minutes later and was told that it would be another 45 minutes ….. there was no one in the store and no one in the drive up line and I’m standing there with a screaming baby as they tell me to come back in 45 minutes after I dragged my infant out again to get his meds. The last 3 or 4 times I’ve had BASIC meds filled here was the same experience.

Slow to full prescriptions. Hours and days don’t cut it when you are sick or have sick children. This doesn’t happen once in awhile, it happens a lot. There is no compassion for sick children needing prescriptions even hours after it was called in. They get two stars because of the great location. Coming here almost nine years and will be going somewhere else from now on.

I called to see if they could fill my prescription and the pharmacist was very dismissive and seemed like she wanted to get me off the phone and call other pharmacies for help. The service could use improvement

The pharmacists are the worst. They gave my 2 year old the wrong prescription. My wife told them how this is wrong and the lady said my wife doesn't know what she's talking about.
My wife insisted that it's wrong, the pharmacist took another look, and admitted it was wrong.
Horrific.

Excellent store! They have incredible service. I came in to buy a cane, and the manager told me to wait up front while he went to get it for me. He was incredibly kind and courteous. I had a glorious experience at Walgreens.

I recently visited Walgreens and was impressed with how nice the store was. It was clean and organized, and had plenty of parking. They had a pharmacy and photo section, which was really convenient. Overall, it was a decent Walgreens and I would definitely recommend it.

This store needs to change managers and cashiers. In reality, they are very racist when you ask about a product. The owners of the store feel that in reality, these types of people are trash with no respect. Personally, I will manage the other Walgreen's, which is a little far away for me. but the treatment is betterThis store needs to change managers and cashiers. I guess it is against their policy to be nice to customers. Came in at 8:45 pm on Monday 12/18/23. The woman in front of me got confused with purchasing gift cards, so she stepped out of line and told the cashier to go ahead and take the next customer. Keep in mind, that nothing has been rung up yet. So I walked up to the cashier and said hello. She just kept looking at her computer screen and said nothing. I said hello again, but she just kept on ignoring me. After a few minutes, I just walked out. I called the store manager, she couldn't care less. CVS now has all my business. I suggest you do the same.

Literally any other location is better. I pick up my gf’s meds here because it’s close and the pharmacy always takes forever and seems incredibly disorganized. Walked in for a vaccine appointment and stood there for ten minutes trying to catch anyone’s attention and was ignored. Walked out and went to the location on West Crossville rd which is a thousand times better.
