I've been using this Walgreens for around 8 months and have nothing but good things to say. The pharmacy techs are always friendly and helpful applying discount codes. I have worked with Leela, a pharmacist, multiple times and he is very attentive, friendly and patient. I appreciate you all.

The absolute worst in patient care. Pharmacies have the ability to anticipate and have an obligation to the patient to ensure medications on a continuous basis (prescriptions renewed/refilled every month) are available to the patient or notify the patient as soon as possible when a disruption in medication is going to occur. This is especially true when dealing with schedule II medications. Walgreens has failed on numerous occasions to ensure medications are available - and have caused undue pain and suffering to patients, leaving them to (and I quote) "call around and find another pharmacy which may have the medication." Customer Support is equally worthless when faced with this situation telling me, "if it were me or my child, I wouldn't stop until I found the medication I or my child needed." No kidding, Sherlock!! How about Walgreens taking accountability for the situation they caused? This conversation with customer service was at 8:50 PM in the evening when most pharmacies were closing!! I was forced by Walgreens to go the full weekend without a strong dosage of pain medication critical to my pain management and I have YET to hear back from Walgreens management!! Or anyone from Walgreens for that matter. Walgreens really failed this time - most eye opening is how management and customer care (to include the Supervisor) have zero intent to do what is right for the patient. You are on your own!!!Update: Pharmacy Manager gave me a call at 3:00 Monday 12.04.23...apologetic and took responsibility. That's a start - but, not where it needs to be to trust medications will be kept in stock to ensure dispensing when needed. Again, this is a schedule II narcotic at a high dosage not normally kept on hand. He knew this and failed to manage the Pharmacy. That being said, it was the utmost disrespect and dismissive response/treatment from the staff - zero compassion and zero empathy. Deserves a zero star rating until improvements are made. Unfortunately, I cannot risk being in same situation again.

What’s wrong with this place????? After many years of coming here I will definitely changing pharmacies… the unprofessionalism I have experienced at this location is another level… there is a new guy that has made me feel bad for the prescriptions we get for my son…. Comments like “What? This prescription is crazy?” I had to take during the last few weeks. So sad!

My doctor has been trying to call in a prescription for literally 48 hrs and no one answers the phone!!!! I had to call the store manager who is not even affiliated with the pharmacy to explain that no one can get in touch with the pharmacy! Ridiculous!

This pharmacy is the worst pharmacy of all time. DO NOT GO HERE!!! The employees are insanely rude and unprofessional and the wait times are insane. If you want to wait 30 minutes to get a simple prescription without even being acknowledged then yes come here! Not only that but they don’t accept coupons but can’t even give a reason why because no one knows anything. Do yourself a favor and go ANYWHERE else

This is the worst Walgreens I’ve ever been! Order online few times, it’s cancelled for no reason or oos all the time!

Just don’t count on this place for photos!!! I arrived a half hr after my expected time of completion. After standing 10 minutes at the photo counter with two employees working checkout registers and completely ignoring me, I sent my daughter to go through the check out line- just to get one of the employees to acknowledge me. Linda told me that my photo couldn’t possibly be ready because no one had been working the counter since the order was placed and then she wouldn’t give me an estimated time of when they would be working again and said whenever they return the order would not be ready until prior orders were addressed. I asked to speak to a manager and she said they were on break. She said not to return until I had a confirmation email from Walgreens which says 1 hour photo processing. As long as rude inconsiderate people like Linda work here, I will not be returning. The manager was very polite and helpful.

I've attempted to order from their photo department a few times now. Each time they cancel my order. Useless store, should be shut down.

Leela - in Pharmacy . I went to pickup meds with my sick son. His 5mins took more than an hour and when came to payment I asked to use my prescription discount card for which he says it would take 15-30mins more which was ridiculous. He knows i was in a rush so had me wait and also gave me racist treatment. He does have any empathy wonder why is he doing that job.
