According to the information online they should have had Passport photo service.At the store they said the system is down.Seems to be down every time.

This is the best Walgreens/pharmacy I’ve been to in a very long time. They’re always courteous and helpful when I have questions and they’ve even helped me find coupons/discounts for some of my Mom’s medications not covered by insurance. Appreciate the pharmacy staff here so much!

Wow those people are RUDE!!! Went to get some Personal Care things(missing items) for the homeless back packs that a group of friends and I put together/donate every year, and encountered the ruddiest and racist people ever!Johns Creek is a friendly family oriented place to live, where we still kind to each other no matter race or culture!

Very rude pharmacy. Went in for a flu shot. No one waiting. No one in line. Made me leave and schedule on-line. Totally inefficient and clearly ok with the flu spreading.

Greetings,I called from a providers office to fill a new prescription for patient of ours. I spoke with the Pharmacist, David, who was very rude and unclear with his questions. He made side remarks overtly that I could hear over the phone. Just from the beginning of the call, he was very unprofessional. Please take your business elsewhere. This encounter was just very unpleasant.

Came to the store for a box of gloves because I saw online price is $7, but it scans for $20 at the register. First of all, Walgreens, why would you scam your customers like that, trick them to the store, only find out the price is 3 times higher??? Then I was told to change to a pickup order to get the right pricing. And there's a $10 minimum for a pickup, hello!? Had to run around to find another item, and added the same item to the online cart and placed the order... then waited in front of the register for more than 10 minutes, before it finally showes up in the store handheld terminal. And then that screen froze... So please value your customer's time and upgrade your in-store internet, your software, or just do a price match to begin with and avoid all the hassle.

Very rude store manager (South Asian man with a moustache, didn’t catch his name)!! Walgreens photo says it’s open till 10pm for order pickups. The manager rudely said the photo dept is closed at 9pm! We showed him the Google listing showing it’s 10pm and asked him why he says it’s 9pm.. he said “because I’m telling you. It’s not written anywhere”!! I am disappointed as this is my neighborhood store and I was treated very poorly.

This is the most uncaring uncompassionate Walgreens ever. They are rude and very unprofessional. No stars. Negative stars. I worked for Walgreens for 3 years. I've never met such awful people.CVS in this area is the best way to go for help.

Don’t expect friendly service here. Woman looked at me like I was asking her to give me her paycheck then proceeded to mumble under her breath. All I asked was if I could drop off a FedEx package.

I guess I keep my expectations low for chain drugstores, but I must say that I had a fairly pleasant experience at this Walgreens on Kimball Bridge. Notably, the cashier (Liam?) was really friendly and customer service-oriented. It definitely helped to go online ahead of time and look for the items I needed and check that this location had them in stock. And to be patient when I had to wait in line to pay. A busy store at a busy intersection!
