They renewed center. There were new games and was very clean. I hope they serve more delicious foods and coffee too. My kids really enjoyed! Best place for birthday party

My dog loves going here! A bit disappointed that the owner didn't disclose that she had recently sold the business to a corporation, since my dog has been going to Unleashed for years. However, the newer employees seem to really care about the dogs. Hopefully the groomer replacement will be just as a good as the previous owner/groomer.

NOT TRUSTWORTHY!We used to be regulars with my late dog.However, when I scheduled a temperament test for my new puppy we realized the place had deteriorated since we've last been:I called the day before to make sure I had the time right, and was told everything is clear.Then they called me *15 minutes before* her appointment, to tell me two vaccines were missing:1. Bordetella, that they claimed expired and DID NOT EXPIRE (even under the strict 3 months scheduled, a vaccine given two months prior is not expired);2. Dog influenza, which they did not tell me they require (and never did), and is backorder, so most places waive.When I came in with paperwork, they insisted the 2 months Bordetella is expired, and when I asked why they only told me that 15 minutes before her appointment, the excuse was "It wasn't me" and "We do have a policy to let you know at the time of scheduling, but I cannot make anyone follow the policies."When asked who manages the place, the answer was "we've been bought by a corporation, so we currently don't have a supervisor".I don't know about you, but for me, that behavior and excuses make the place untrustworthy: who's to say they won't stop maintaining other policies, such as feeding your dog, or not abuse them?

Andrew is the sweetest person and our dog LOVES him. She gets so happy when we walk in and she sees him and she always comes home tired and happy. I highly recommend unleashed all the staff is amazing and Andrew really stands out

They took care of my dog for a week and a half. He absolutely loved the time he spent here, and everyone who works here is extremely friendly. I can't recommend this play enough.

We've never had a problem with unleashed before, but this time was different. We left our 2 year old, playful, sweet, and small bernedoodle there and he came back frantic and scared. He would pace around and sit then stand up again and continue to pace, it was very out of place and we had never seen him do this before. FURTHERMORE, he was unable to move, much less wag his tail. We will have to take him to the vet and get it checked out soon. Im not sure whether the dogs were left unsupervised and one of them hurt him, due to the many complaints of other people who's dogs were attacked, or it was one of the careless groomers who hurt his tail. I am extremely disappointed in this place and I regret having taken my dog there before. Will not be returning.
