The manager Tanya and store associate Jennifer were extremely helpful at the Johns Creek location.They helped me find several items and gave their recommendations with the 2 flat irons, lip liners, and hair products I bought.Great experience, and all the team members there are nice and helpful!

Went to this store & made appointments for hair style & make up for daughter. The 2 associates I spoke with are the same who did hair & make up on appointment day. I was told at day of booking that make up would cost $60 (she would apply & I would buy make up). Hairdresser said hair style cost would be $30. Well, make up cost was $82.39. Hairdresser charged $74. Not including tips. Wish I read reviews before coming here. Won’t be back.

Go see Tina in the salon! She is amazing and did such a great job on my hair today. She took her time and made suggestions, but wasn't pushy (which I greatly appreciate), she talked me through every thing she did which was so helpful and really set me at ease. My hair looks and feels so good and we had a great time. I will recommend her to everyone. She is fabulous

A blush product delivered to me arrived damaged. I took it into the store for an exchange. The associate kept trying to push me to pay the difference in price for the replacement. Because they “do not give exchanges”. Their process is that they return or refund the amount that you paid for the product. And then that refund would be used to cover the amount of the replacement.If you pay a regular price for the product, it probably won’t be an issue. My situation was that I got the product while it was on sale. But they do not honor the sale price. The associate continued to push paying the difference saying “it’s just xxx amount, it’s just xxx amount.” I got the item half off, so to leave with a replacement, I needed to pay again. The original charge would not be returned. Basically paying full price for the 1 item/replacement.I’ve had this experience several times with the company. I think the only way to resolve this is by going online with their customer service reps. It’s very misleading because they do state on the website that you can go into the store for an exchange.10+ minutes after declining to pay a difference, a manager eventually did come out. She did some overrides, and ended up asking if I can just give a penny, to cover taxes. Just a very odd process for a business to use after receiving a defective item.

I reached diamond status and decided to use my rewards and pick up the Babyliss flatiron. They sold me a completely used flat iron that was gross. I called to complain and I spoke with a manager by the name of Elizabeth. I asked what their policy is around selling used products and her response was “I think you know it’s not our policy to sell used products”… that’s an extremely condescending response, furthermore I don’t work there so I don’t know what the policy is -especially since this isn’t the first time I’ve encountered this issue.Elizabeth, you are arrogant, obnoxious, and snobbish. You are not fit to work in customer service. With your nasty attitude you should be scrubbing toilets as you’re too incompetent to deal with paying customers. Additionally, as others have mentioned -the cashier at the time of purchase was also tacky and rude. I’m sure the staff will laugh at my feedback, but hopefully customers will note the serious lack professionalism at this location.

I had an incredibly disappointing experience at Ulta recently. I came in with the simple intention of purchasing shampoo, but what followed was an unnecessary and embarrassing accusation. I picked up a shampoo and conditioner kit from the shelf, clearly marked at $35. When I reached the checkout, I noticed that the price had suddenly jumped to $50. I thought it might have been an error, so I went back to the shelf to confirm the price.As I sought the assistance of an associate to clarify the situation, I was shocked by their response. Instead of helping me, they outright accused me of tampering with the shelf to cheat the system and get a discount. This was an outrageous assumption and an insult to my integrity as a customer.I spoke to the store's GM to address the matter, and while they were polite and understanding, the damage had already been done. They offered me a discount as an apology, but I refused since I had been charged the correct price. It was clear that this issue resulted from staff negligence or misplacement, not my actions.The entire encounter left a sour taste in my mouth. I cannot fathom how a store employee could be so disrespectful and presumptuous towards a customer. It's disheartening to think that such behavior is acceptable in a retail environment.What adds to the frustration is that this Ulta location is the closest one to my house. However, I am willing to go the extra distance to shop at a different Ulta to avoid being falsely accused of such dishonest actions. It's unfortunate that my shopping experience at Ulta was tarnished by this incident, and it has seriously made me reconsider shopping there in the future. Customer service should be about trust and respect, not unwarranted accusations.

The staff is always super rude. I’ve been there several times but today was the worst. Worst cashier (Syd apparently) ever. Not even a smile. She talked to me so badly for something that wasn’t even my fault. Don’t count on them to help you if you’re looking for something. Oh and the shelves are also empty! Will never go back there. And then people wonder why everyone order off Amazon!!

I have been to this Ulta several times and I have only had one encounter that was nice and helpful. the staff has been extremely rude almost every single time I’ve been there and I have only ever asked questions politely and tried to ask for help. Today, I got to the check out with my mom and while the employee was scanning some things, my mom realized we had an uneven number of lip liners and ran over to get an even one for the lipstick sale! Well, the employee made a dirty face and then after she was just rude. Then we asked the employee if we could have the lip liners in two different bags because my mom and I will never know which ones I bought and which ones my mom bought. When we asked, she gave us attitude and rolled her eyes while saying “sure I guess” and went on. The attitude in her voice asking me how we wanted our receipt and then asked me if I wanted a bag with the roll of her eyes. At this point, the attitude that I have usually gotten at this store is not okay and I’ll never come back to this one.

EVERYBODY here has a nasty attitude. Ive never had a good experience with a cashier at this location. Horrible customer service and I see that others are having the same issue. This place needs a whole new staff. I would never spend another penny at this location.

The store manager, Alisha is rude and arrogant, rudeness personified. We booked a hair style and makeup appointment for our daughter only to find out when we arrived that they don't have any makeup specialists available. No call, no apology, not even standing in one place to talk to the customer concerns while showing attitude on top of that. We literally have to run through the store just to be able to talk to her. Any questions asked were promptly met with more rudeness and one can observe similar traits in few other store employees. Amazing that this behavior is tolerated in service based industry. 3 other store employees including service manager were nice and made every effort to correct the situation, if not for them, my daughter's special day would be ruined and missed. I feel sorry for those nice folks for having to deal with this, but this store doesn't deserve anyone's time and money unless things change.

This place is honestly obnoxious. Don't know if it's management or what. I was asked if I needed a color match, I repeatedly said no thank you I got it, the girl was like come this way which I thought I was going to grab a sponge and do it myself. She sits me down starts putting on the makeup on my cheek with her brush!! At this point I am terrified knowing my face is about to breakout, she reassures me her brushes are clean.Low and behold this evening, my cheek she put makeup on yesterday is fully broken out. ??Way to not only make someone feel uncomfortable, but thanks for the break out.If you're planning to go into this location please be careful if you have sensitive skin, these girls will try hard to sell moisturizers and skin products they have no knowledge of, as they are not dermatologists. Be careful!

I went to this location bc the one at The Forum is always so dirty and lacking in inventory. This store was better stocked. The “customer service” however was lacking. No one offered to assist while I was in the MAC section looking for product. At checkout she was not polite, no smile, no thank you, no customer service at all. I hate spending my money at places with bad service. I understand people have “off” days however that is not your customer’s problem. The customer is why you have a job in the first place. Going to see if Sephora has it all now.

It was my first time going to this location at Ulta. Usually Ulta stores are good. But this experience was terrible. I asked 2 employees if they had a specific color in the Kylie lip kits but no one answered. I waited for about 40 minutes. Then, I was trying to checkout and the cashier was giving me an attitude, rolling her eyes at me and not answering my questions. She was talking very very fast and when I asked her to repeat what she said, she would give me more attitude. Very very very bad Ulta and I DEFINITELY WILL NOT RECOMMEND TO GO HERE. Terrible customer service. I am never going to this Ulta.

Horrible experience at the hair salon. The hair stylist ruined my teenage daughter’s highlights. I had just gone for touch up and she dyed my daughter’s hair black which is her original hair color. I had spent so much for highlights in January and she just ruined it. I would never recommend this hair salon. I really regret taking their credit card.
