Went there to add my dad to my phone plan- Bill was very helpful and patient with us. Helped us get the transfer PIN from xfinity to complete the transfer. Ruby was helpful with the screen cover and phone case. Excellent service and highly recommend.

Very irresponsible.They did not activate my new phone at the store.So, I had to do it myself over the phone for an hour and waited another 2 hours to complete the activation process.

Went to pay friend's bill, but the manager was rude and told me that I can't pay his bill. They don't even know that T-mobile has guest pay option.

The employee who was in today was pretty unprofessional (she was literally on the phone with her bank while helping us)And tried preying on my grandmother to spend 30 bucks a month for 2 years for a apple watch (720 dollars essentially for a watch while saying it would be free)I have my own tmobile account and im paying 100 bucks for my one iphone so this was the final straw for me for using tmobiles services.

Highly unfriendly store staff with very very slow response and long wait time. I will never ever recommend this store, rather go to the one on State Bridge, I have got better service there.The store manager hardly is pleasant and barely smiles, but throws an air of superiority. Needs major customer experience training. I had a very bad experience buying, setting up and ultimately when my phone stopped working(no dropping or damage on my part), the warranty process was another headache I had to bear with. Long story short, avoid this franchise/place.

When I came to you with a problem you did not say 'I don't know" or 'You have to call Sprint'. You actually think through and came up with a solution, which saved me another trip back to the store. Very unfriendly T-Mobile store. I will never recommend it. They will try to find ways not to help you instead of helping.Whenever you will go to seek their help. they will recommend talking to T-Mobile customer care. They did not help even installing the screen protector even if you will buy from their store by saying that they may not be able to take any liabilities. Very bad customer service.Earlier it was not like that, earlier their staff was friendly but now I guess their behavior is very unfriendly and not helping at all.I will never recommend this store,instead, I will recommend choosing another T-Mobile store even if it is not near to you.
