Several months ago, my friend bought a Stündenglass Gravity Infuser from the sister store in Columbus. When searching the serial number, Stündenglass confirmed that it is COUNTERFEIT MERCHANDISE. This store is NOT AUTHORIZED to sell this product. Because the phones for the Columbus store are disconnected, I contacted this store regarding the issue, and I was told by the man on the phone that he would talk to the manager at the other shop and then get back to me. I have still heard nothing regarding this.

I just want to start by saying I don't do this very often. Usually I keep to myself but this place was awful. Broken products, completely overcharged everything, bad vibes refuse to refund or exchange and just awful service. On top of all of that there is the smell that permeated the building almost this earthing mold like smell. I don't know what was going on but I'm definitely not going back . Do not come here if you are not looking to get ripped off.

I've been coming off and on for the last 6 months and always leave frustrated. They never have stock or variety and what they do offer they price gouge on (nicotine). Shop elsewhere where your money and patience go farther.

DONT COME HERE THEY WILL SELL YOU BROKEN PRODUCTS NO REFUND NO EXCHANGE I SPENT $600 there and everything I bought did NOT work. When I called, all they literally told me was "you're complaining like a child, no refund or exchange." These people are over priced, nicotine is over priced. They sold me a puffco product over the price that puffco charges. And they don't allow that. I will be contacting puffco to let them know not to work with this smoke shop..
