This was my first visit to the Mer Aqua Head Spa and I was NOT disappointed!
I had never heard of a Head Spa before, but saw it advertised on Instagram and I knew I just had to give it a try. I talked a friend into coming along with me!
We scheduled about 4 weeks in advance for "The Ultimate" which was 90 whole minutes of top notch pampering with a focus on my scalp, hair and face. It also came with an arm, hand and shoulder massage while my face and hair were masking and ended with a back massage and hot towel.
Ashley took such good care of me. Her touch was firm, yet not aggressive, and the water temperature was perfect ?
I can honestly say that I haven't been this relaxed in many, many moons!
I was first directed to enter into a changing room where I was able to store my purse, phone and clothing in a secured locker where I had the key. I was given a velcroed towel wrap to put on and then a light robe over that for walking to my massage bed. Sandals were also provided.
The spa area itself was clean and well done. The dim lighting was perfect as well as the gentle spa sounds/music. Even though the other clients were only separated by light curtains, it still felt very private.
The staff was very friendly and professional and I felt appreciated.
I highly recommend this service and will be telling all of my friends about it. My skin, scalp and hair feel rejuvenated. I will definitely be back!

I would give zero if I could, I had the worst experience booking with them, so much so that ultimately I decided to cancel and go visit another salon.
They say they want to welcome new customers and will accommodate. They are anything but accommodating. After I booked an appointment through their website they say that they don’t think they will have enough time and “tried” to give me another date and time. Any date and time I suggested conveniently didn’t work for them.
To the salon- if you guys don’t have time and stylists please do not try to show them as available on your website.
To the prospective clients- Follow up, i have read multiple reviews of unnecessary cancellations.

Love this salon. Moved to Johns Creek in 2019 but kept going to my old salon in Cobb for another year and a half because I didn’t trust anyone to lighten my half Asian hair and not turn it orange. My fears were unfounded. Doremi is now MY salon. Mijin was my stylists but when she left Katie has taken great care of me. It is more expensive than what I paid in Cobb but then again, everything here is. I get a more salon experience here with the hair washing and getting in and out, so it’s worth the extra $

Love this place! Ivy and Kelsey are my stylists, and they are outstanding for me and my daughters. Always a wonderful experience with great customer service at the reception desk.

Had an amazing head spa visit. It was so relaxing and the experience was perfect. My scalp and hair, face and skin were so clean after. The massage was excellent. Face, back, shoulders, arm and head were included. My shampoo scents were great...one was citrus-y and another was eucalyptus and rosemary scent. Relaxing but clean and invigorating.

I absolutely love this salon and adore Kelsey. Every time I leave her chair I become a new person. She really listens to what you want done and somehow makes it 100 times better than what you could have imagined.

The skill of the workers here is really bad. My nephew wasted money and time then left with a very bad experience yesterday. Layered hairstyles are really simple but they still failed. I will never dare to go back!

Lady did not know how to cut hair and my hair came out 10 times shorter than I wanted it to. My hair looks no where NEAR the reference photos and everything was rushed including the hair wash and made me pay $70 for absolutely nothing. They also canceled my hair blowout for being 8 minutes late….?

My cousin and I booked a head spa appointment 2 months ago because that was the only available appointment. They sent a text to confirm to my cousin who is in the military and was active on base at the time so she was not able to text back to “confirm” in a timely manner so she got a text consequentially saying our appointment was cancelled because we didn’t confirm. So our two month in advance appointment was cancelled because we missed a text. We booked the appointment. What’s the point of appointments if they will cancel if you miss a text. I know the new generation may not understand this but when we make an appointment we show up. Now we will have to “reschedule “ for another 2 months out. Not going to happen. We were excited about this but now the excitement is gone.

Review for Mer Head Spa. Just got back from an excellent 90 mins service at the Head Spa. Mimi was very professional and provided great service. Place is very clean and sanitary. I highly recommend this place.

My first experience with Salon Doremi is awesome! I tried the Mer Spa Ultimate service with Mimi/Quynh and it was AMAZING! All the staff were very welcoming. Will definitely be back!
