The black cashier with long nails older was rude from start to finish she needs to be trained horrible customer service she was telling all customers to do her work by taking hangers out and was rude the way she spoke

Found some really nice Halloween stuff and the exact kind of dress I needed for a funeral. When I got home and found that one of my decorations was broken in the box (couldn’t see it from outside), they were very kind about exchanging the broken part! I always Ross stores to be a bit hit or miss, but I liked this one.

Nice, organized, but I did have 3 small children with me and had a cart of stuff. Apparently this location does not allow you to take the carts outside (I did not know). As I was trying to leave, a worker rudely said that I could not take the cart outside. I asked her if she would provide me with assistance with my bags. I had 3 small kids (2 with autism) and was already having a difficult time. She said I could pull my car around. I asked her if she would watch my stuff then. She said "it will be fine " indicating that I should leave it there but did not say for sure if she would keep an eye on it. A very nice woman and her 2 kids helped me because they witnessed the employee's behavior. I am so thankful for them. Aside from that, the store is nice, well organized, and clean.

Bought a lot of stuff here, came home and didn't find the socks that are on the receipt. I looked through everything in the car and in the bag and they had apparently been punched through and not put in :(
