Publix is my go to for my pharmaceutical needs. No matter what city I'm in, if there's a Publix pharmacy, I'm going there. Although I will add, I miss my pooler location with a drive thru. It's so much easier to just drive up when you're not feeling well. Obviously with a pharmacy there's it much glitz and glamour but they do carry all your over the counter needs as well as several health supplements. Occasionally publix will run a sale in there app which makes it a good time to stock up on essentials I.e Claritin, Benadryl, ibuprofen. The price is usually really decent and then obviously you can use your FSA benefits. I have never really have any issues with them being out of my medication. If you have the Publix pharmacy app you can also get text notifications of when your meds are ready so you're not having to wait for them in person. I like that option. You can also request refills through the app as well, this is such a game changer! Service wise, honestly it's pretty hit or miss. They're not all necessarily nice with an exception of maybe the pharmacy manager and one other person I've encountered. This seems to be a trend at most of the locations. They can also be a little slow with getting your prescriptions together even when you do show up in person. All in all though, I do prefer the Publix pharmacy to other pharmacies and they do offer several options to make it convenient to get your medicine.

Very disappointing and frustrating experience with this Publix Pharmacy. Their customer service skills are severely lacking. Somehow because THEY LOST my prescription it is my fault. What? How doesn't that happen? I have shopped at Publix Supermarkets my whole life whenever I lived where they are located. I am going to try to not let this expereince taint my love for Publix Supermarkets.

I'll have to agree with the previous reviewer. I often find myself driving to the next Publix due to the fact that this pharmacy is slow and never have the medication in stock. Sometimes takes several days for them to order it. They will also never work on filling your prescription unless you call and Hassel them. It's unfortunate because this pharmacy is the closest from my house. Praying that they get their stuff together so I can utilize this Publix more.

This used to be a top notch Publix. When Steve was the manager. It’s gone completely down hill with no inventory and rude employees. I now drive 20 min out of my way to access great service when this one is around the corner.
