I've had nothing but good experiences with all of my past orders, but my latest order spurred me to leave this 5-Star review for your courier named Quincy M. He was delivering a medication for my daughter to her new on campus address at her college. Unfortunately, the address was leading him to the wrong place, so he called me to confirm location. When dropping at her dorm wasn't an option, I attempted to help him find the Student Mail Center, but in the end, we were unable to deliver it there. He went to 3 different locations before he could complete the delivery, which most people would have just marked it undeliverable, and taken it back to the warehouse. I am so grateful that there are still people out there willing to go the extra mile! Fantastic customer service! Thank you Quincy!

Was sent here by my OBGYN to fill a "special" birth control. I was written an 84 day supply. They would not refill it until 92 days later..... WOW.

The pharmacy has been dispensing me the wrong size topical!!! I have been paying $50 for a 20g prescription and my prescription and $50copay is meant to be 45g. I am paying the price for something that should be double the size. Make sure your prescriptions are filled correctly. I spoke to Christina the pharm tech and she offered a solution and I greatly appreciate her.

Definitely the worst pharmacy I’ve ever had to use. I’ve had to call the pharmacy several times, and each time they’ve all been considerably rude and unhelpful. The process they use for filling prescriptions, updating insurance, and using customer service is annoying to figure out. Their third party platform is also unhelpful and they direct you to the pharmacy (which, as I mentioned, is also unhelpful). Seems like they intentionally put patients through a frustrating cycle and that patient concerns are obviously not important to them.

The most unprofessional pharmacy I've ever experienced. Phone staff is so rude and condescending. I was forced to use this "specialty" pharmacy from my dermatologist, but never again. They charged me $52 up front but did not inform me they were going to put a $566 claim on my insurance or that my insurance wasn't going to cover most of the cost. So, I called and ask them to reverse the claim. I called earlier this morning and they even had they phone turned off during normal business hours. Believe the reviews about the unprofessional service.

Like many others MetroDerm sent my Rx here. I looked into it, and the Rx here is charged at $50 without asking for insurance, and at CVS with my insurance, $370. So that is great. BUT....Rx placed on 06/08. Said it was ready to fill, two days later, said they had to order it. Delivery date to me of 06/14. Today is 06/13, they now say it is delayed until 07/03 to get to them, again, because the had to order it. ETA to me 1-2 business days later, so at least 28 days to get the Rx. CVS could get it in a week. I don't need the Rx, so I am going to let it ride and see what happens.Here is what I really don't like, they charge you at the time you place the order, not when you receive it. I don't know of any other pharmacy that does that. If the Rx does not arrive as scheduled now, I will simply dispute it on my credit card.This is clearly a shady operation, but I will wait to see if they come through. My review will go up to 2 stars if they do.

Rude and not Military insurance friendly. I was informed that they accept Tricare and when asked my bill keep going up, I was told from the rude representative, “what’s the problem you have always paid for it.” I was paying because I was missed informed. This company knew Tricare was not paying and instead of letting me know it was out of pocket they sold it to me as I’d this was the balance that was not covered.

Awful pharmacy to work with. Customer service reps were terribly rude to my family. They also keep filling a script several times after we asked them to cancel it, which meant we have to keep dealing with them even after transferring a prescription to a different pharmacy.If you can avoid it, don’t come here. They are a pain to work with.

They referred my prescription to another pharmacy without my or my doctor's knowledge or consent, including giving them all of my insurance info. When I called and told them to cancel with the other pharmacy and that I would not be filling it with Prestige either, the woman hung up on me. From the same doctor order, they also changed another script to generic despite doctor's note not to. They may be lower cost for some meds but there's a reason.

My dermatologist had my prescriptions sent here since apparently other pharmacies like CVS wouldn't be able to fill the prescriptions. I had to sign up through an app called Nimble Rx to get my medication. The first time they filled the prescription, I was impressed. I was overnighted my medications. After that, every time I request a refill through Nimble Rx, it takes at least 2-3 days before I get an alert that the pharmacy has begun processing the request. It takes at least a week for my medication to be sent to me now and I don't understand why. I've even missed a couple of days of taking the medication because I ran out and hadn't received my refill.

The customer service at this pharmacy is excellent. They helped me with a complicated problem this morning with patience and professionalism. They automatically applied a discount coupon to lower our payment from $300 to $25. Definitely recommend.

I woke up this morning to a $500+ charge on my account from this pharmacy. When I called to inquire about the charge they said there was no record of it and told me I need to dispute it with my bank, even though the charge originated from the company. Possible fraud? Not sure. But customer service wasn’t very helpful figuring it out.

Initially Prestige Pharmacy was really good, on time, everything done in a professional and timely fashion. These days all prescriptions seem to be delayed. The notification says that your prescription is on it's way, then a day later you get a notification that it's delayed. Isn't the prescription supposed to be on its way? Then the price point is supposed to be cheaper. I bought some medication with insurance for $35 from Prestige. I tried to move the prescription to CVS, they told me without insurance the medication was $33. All of this to say, I won't be using them again in the future. I'll go to my traditional pharmacy on the corner moving forward.
