So rude !! I never experienced such rude people in all my life like this place ! I called today 4/23/24 at 11:15 and a man answered and I asked about a medicine and he just plain hung up on me…wow !!!A NO star for this place…horrible experience !!

I have not had problems with this company before today. I Placed an order at this pharmacy through a link that Prestige sent to me on Thursday April 4th. The price for the prescription said $60. I put in my payment information. The next day I got a text saying that there was an issue because I changed the payment method from one card to a different card and I need to confirm. I clicked on the link in the text on April 5th and the price is now $75. I feel like this was deceptive to me, the consumer. I don’t think it is right for the company to say the medication is $60 then turn around and say it’s $75. I called Prestige and talked to a man who answered the phone. He said they use a third party to collect the payments and it is not perfect. He said the third party doesn’t know when prices change. If the third party payment vendor Prestige chooses to use, is not accurate I think I would look for another vendor because I do not want customers to feel deceived.

Extremely rude customer service. Hard to communicate with and when you ask questions about medications they are annoyed. When asking questions they hung up on me and would not answer until I called back on a new number. Do not recommend using.

Come from Chatt. town to Peachtree Dermatology with Dr. Wright and PA Ewa. Also, see Ashley for Laser. Love this place. Sent me to Prestige for a discount with my prescription, and they all always have it ready and good price.

I've had nothing but good experiences with all of my past orders, but my latest order spurred me to leave this 5-Star review for your courier named Quincy M. He was delivering a medication for my daughter to her new on campus address at her college. Unfortunately, the address was leading him to the wrong place, so he called me to confirm location. When dropping at her dorm wasn't an option, I attempted to help him find the Student Mail Center, but in the end, we were unable to deliver it there. He went to 3 different locations before he could complete the delivery, which most people would have just marked it undeliverable, and taken it back to the warehouse. I am so grateful that there are still people out there willing to go the extra mile! Fantastic customer service! Thank you Quincy!

The pharmacy has been dispensing me the wrong size topical!!! I have been paying $50 for a 20g prescription and my prescription and $50copay is meant to be 45g. I am paying the price for something that should be double the size. Make sure your prescriptions are filled correctly. I spoke to Christina the pharm tech and she offered a solution and I greatly appreciate her.

Definitely the worst pharmacy I’ve ever had to use. I’ve had to call the pharmacy several times, and each time they’ve all been considerably rude and unhelpful. The process they use for filling prescriptions, updating insurance, and using customer service is annoying to figure out. Their third party platform is also unhelpful and they direct you to the pharmacy (which, as I mentioned, is also unhelpful). Seems like they intentionally put patients through a frustrating cycle and that patient concerns are obviously not important to them.

The most unprofessional pharmacy I've ever experienced. Phone staff is so rude and condescending. I was forced to use this "specialty" pharmacy from my dermatologist, but never again. They charged me $52 up front but did not inform me they were going to put a $566 claim on my insurance or that my insurance wasn't going to cover most of the cost. So, I called and ask them to reverse the claim. I called earlier this morning and they even had they phone turned off during normal business hours. Believe the reviews about the unprofessional service.
